Considered one of the most mysterious cities in Mizahar, Alvadas is called The City of Illusions. It is the home of Ionu and the notorious Inverted. This city sits on one of the main crossroads through The Region of Kalea.

50th Winter, 516 AV
Terrence Kapoi grimaced with a cold glint in his eye at the frozen wastes he found himself in, a look that contradicted itself. His hatred of this wet, cold, bitter weather was remarkably reflected in the man's expression, that of sneers and curls of the lip as he strode through the broad expanses of 'Alvanthal' wearing the thick winter clothes Ionu provided. All in all though, the greasy-haired man with deep wrinkles creasing his oil-tanned face was not a fan of much, if anything. Hatred filled his soul, or at least a kind of bitterness grown from years of bad luck and irritability.
He was walking without any true direction, but the streets of Alvadas were a mind unto their own and so Terrence often found himself walking towards the grotesque, twisted form of Morwen's Ice Palace. Several chimes passed, and his arrived there once more, so with a sharp huff of icy, clouded air Terrence stopped, stood still, and levelled his gaze at the structure.
It was a place of intense mistrust, and not just for him. The news of Morwen's plight had, by now, managed to permeate every level of society, so anything related to the goddess was treated with extreme caution. Some even went so far as to bring vengeance against the Vantha, but as much as Terrence wished he had the skills to do so, he had to content himself with watching from the sidelines. Coincidentally what he was doing now.
The man cast a glance to the side, finding that a small crowd was gathering, one that was as confused as he himself was. There was an air of anticipation fluttering about the place, as specks of Ionu's amusement in the form of black butterflies gathered in the sky like clouds and the people on the ground shuffled awkwardly. The crowd was forming in a semi-circle about one hundred metres from the Ice Palace, where inside you could just about hear a distant hammering. Terrence leaned forwards, a harsh frown furrowing his brow as he tried to pick out the sound... was that a cry?

OOCit's totally fine Kal! I'm just excited that we've got it started.
Iniflia wanted to get some fresh air. She figured that it would do her some good; instead of being cooped up in an apartment all day. She told Nemori that she was only going to be out for a little while, and she offered her to come along. She figured that Avara wanted to stay as well, she shrugged her shoulders, as she went to pick up her father's angle knife. The Snowsong smiled and waved the others goodbye and told them that she'll be back soon. Being in Alvadas, it definitely made her think about it more than once. She had truly hoped that all of this nonsense was going to end soon. She hated not being able to express her dreams of being a world known performer. It was most Vantha's dream. Now, even performing could be a deadly sin committed. Infilia didn't want to die, and she was sure that something bad would happen if she openly confronted other non-vanthas.
She sighed, and descended downstairs of the Cubacious Inn. She nodded over to the lady who was at the counter, and swiftly put her hood up before she was anywhere near suspicious of her. At least for now, the Innkeeper hadn't noticed her change in eye colors. So, Infilia wondered how long she could last with her face being shadowed by the hood. It's not as much concealing as a mask would be, perhaps Infilia should purchase a mask. It wouldn't be weird, would it? Though, with her struggles with Common, and Alex's sudden departure. Infilia was very uncertain how things would play out in the future.
At least, she still has friends and family here in Alvadas, even if they are Vantha. Infilia was still glad that they were with her. Her eyes shifted into a yellow joyous color. She thought that she was beginning to go crazy; all of this worry about death, and running. What did Infilia really have to lose? Queen Morwen decided that it was best to not spread Winter across Mizahar; because she didn't feel like it. Infilia figured that that was a lack of responsibility and she also thought that a God would be more responsible than that. Infilia felt fear rise up and was afraid that the Vantha hunters would search for them at Avanthal. So she had to pack her things and make sure to come back alive.
That's if she would be alive long enough.
Once outside, she made her way out to the confusing streets of Alvadas. She wandered a bit, her boots tapped against the aging stone as she walked, her head was down mostly, and he rhiod was pulled over her head. Infilia had her father's angle knife tucked neatly at her side, and hidden beneath the cloak just in case someone discovers her presence of being a Vantha. She tucked her hands in her pants pocket and slouched some, she would look like a mysterious figure, heading for a dark corner for a secret trade of some sort.
She didn't really have a particular destination, but once Infilia looked up. She was totally in a different part of Alvadas. One that wasn't too foreign to her, but one that Infilia felt really cautious of when walking past the Ice Palace. She knew that Ionu was playing a mean trick on her. She wondered what the goddess had against Vantha and Queen Morwen. She trotted down the icy street as she looked up and around taking in her surroundings, her hood was still up and she eventually found herself within a group of people. Not just any people, but Vantha. Infilia noticed their eye color that varied from one color to the next. Her own eyes shifted as well, they were once a silver hue, but they've changed into a more purple color. As she stood in the middle of the crowd, confused.Boxcode credit: Karin Ironyach. .
