City NPC Submission Guide & Code:
-Personal NPCs should be submitted to the Help Desk.
When creating a city NPC, remember to investigate pre-existing NPCs. Are there some that already exist that have similar skills/backstories to the NPC you wish to create? Does your NPC fit well into Eypharian culture? How might someone else interact with your NPC?
Please keep NPC images 200x200px.
- All submissions are welcomed, on a basis that you have read the lore, read the guide, and are aware of pre-existing creations. Always remember the site laws whilst creating, and if you have any questions you can ask in the OOC or send me a brief PM.
