FOR NEW CHARACTERS:
As the whole city is being redeveloped, many of the old locations (if not all) are being scrapped in favour of newer, more updated and relevant locations. Please keep this in mind when creating new characters, and note especially that the Palace of the Concubines is NOT being kept, and there won't be a 'concubine' role in the city. There might be prostitution etc however. For updates, please keep an eye on the OOC chat where much of the development is discussed.
