Though situated in a neighborhood type cluster, the cottages in the Estates find themselves flanked on all sides by either rolling fields of grass or the man-made pastures inhabited by the okomo, with the occasional glittering skyglass greenhouse within view.
Often set with windows facing dawn and dusk, residents are afforded the artful views offered by both. While the space inside is not of great note, falling near the average twenty by twenty size of most homes in the city, often what appeals to people is the shapes of the homes. Ranging from flat topped and square to tri-domed round buildings, there is both variety and uniqueness to suit most anyone's purposes and eccentricities.

Prices
Starter Home: 500 GM - Starter homes begin at the standard size of 20x20 (400 sq ft), though they come in varying shapes, and come with a 12x12 (144 sq ft) garden. The garden comes complete with a small three foot stone wall and simple metal gate. The construction is primarily stone for the outer walls; wood for floors and roofs. Okomo Estate homes do not feature skyglass roofs. Homes come with a hearth, bed, chest, chair, small table, and a chamber pot.
If one chooses to begin with housing in the Okomo Estates, they will start with a basic starter home as described above.
