@ memory: I did exactly the same with my character. Even if it might be physically impossible, you could always come up with an explanation including a psychic trauma and repression. For Malia, I just assume that she has forgotten her human life, because the Nuit existence already lasts 300 years and simply is more present in her memory. Perhaps she doesn't want to remember her human life because of more or less shocking reasons ... You can come up with any story you like, I guess.
