Last months winners Hurik, Jomi, and Madeira Craven all chose this next thread as their Featured Thread pick for this month!
We've chosen Kalidoscope, written by Kreig Messer, Kynier and Kelski to be this months Feature Thread.
Taking place almost entirely in a tavern over food and drinks, this is a prefect example of how to make a thread interesting with no action. Throughout the story all three players plan, plot and scheme with different motives that center around a plan that will greatly impact their city. Through dialog and inner thoughts we see their level of trust with each other, different relationships with each other, and how they interact within them all on full display. It really feels like they're setting the foundation for some greater many-layered story to be built on.
In this game it's so easy to get lost in your own character's story, so when PC's come together to be vital parts of each others stories I think we all can't help but stop and watch. And when their combined stories are weaving together with the potential to change a cities lore we can't help but root for them. Whether their scheming comes to fruition or not, I think it's well worth our time to watch and find out.
These three are great writers with their own unique styles and characters. Their thread together is fantastic and I encourage all of you to give it a read
