He will often call out those that are dishonorable and try to dissuade them from their ways. Religious Beliefs- Matasol is very religious. On top of his prayer when in need, he prays after waking, before meals, and before he sleeps. He is always looking to the gods for his sustainment as he knows that man is feeble in their presence. Matasol is a dedicated follower of Makutsi. He sees her as being the the giver of life, and of abundance. Though her gifts are rare, they are always welcome, and are always prayed for. He also pays homage to Semele for her gifts to the Drykas people, to Zulrav for the power of his winds, and to Yahal whom he admires for his purity.

Character History Early Childhood- Matasol was born of the second wife of [enter name of Eldon's father]. However for reasons that were never fully made clear, both him and his mother were told never to come into the main city. They were taken care of and visited frequently by his father, but they never followed him back to his pavilion. In order to keep contact with his growing sun, [enter name of Eldon's father] taught Matasol the basics of Webbing. They often sat and had long conversations over the web. It became the easiest way for the boy to reach his distant father. His mother was a kind and loving woman, who gave him everything she could. She taught him basic carving and they sold their wares as they could in market. Teen Years- When Matasol turned 15, his father began teaching him the art of remancy. He told him that it was a great and noble art, and that every son of his should know it well. So Matasol spent hours pulling up his djed and forming it into water. He poured over his lessons in an attempt to please the father whom he so desperately wanted, but rarely had. In his 17th year he earned his Windmarks.
