Where the adventures begin (Conrad, Tebridiar)

[Aleksi]

Aleksi smiled warmly and nodded as Tebridiar talked about transforming. Once the girl's face seemed less happy, she let her fingers lightly stroke the perfectly pale skin before idly playing with Tebridiar's hair. Exhaling loudly, she grinned and whispered "I'll pick the clothes up love... Do as you wish with transforming". As soon as Tebridiar started walking away, Aleksi's eyes moved to Conrad, chuckling quietly at the parrot. The way this guy was trying to climb on a horse was rather silly.

Aleksi sighed softly and moved closer to Nott, rubbing along his back as Tebridiar came back and nuzzled her hair. It felt so amazing to be this close to something that beautiful. Her lips placed a soft kiss on the girl's head before whispering "Let me help him climb up". Aleksi's hands moved onto the horse next to her, practically jumping her way up before offering a hand to Conrad "There, this should be easier... and Nott should handle it a lot better as well...". While waiting for his answer, the young woman just kept looking idly at the horse next to her, lost in her thoughts, probably of nothing but the love of her life.

[Tebridiar]

Tebridiar tried to do a sort of strange smile with her horse face.

It didn’t really work but hopefully Conrad knew what she was trying to say.

Tebridiar has never sat on a horse until Jarhal had taught her to ride on one, it was strange. Considering she was so close to horses, but had never been on the back of one… it was strange to say the least.

She knew Aleksi would take care of her clothes, she was good like that. She didn't have much to pick up, of course... Tebridiar, naturally, preferred wearing only light garments. It was a lot easier!

She appreciated the warm gaze Aleksi kept on her at all times, like she was some revered creature. Aleksi seemed to see more in her, something beautiful. Tebridiar had never seen it, and she wondered if she would ever be able to look deep enough inside herself to find out what this beauty was.

[Conrad]

Conrad looked up at aleksi with a wide eyed look on his as she practically jumped on the horse with no difficulty.
"How the hell did you do that?" Conrad said blurted out as he got back on his feet.
"There, this should be easier... and Nott should handle it a lot better as well..." Aleksi said as she reached out a hand to help him up the horse. Conrad just smiled as he grabbed the hand and clumsily climbed onto the horse. Nearly falling off again as he tried to get up.
"This sure looks a lot harder as it looks," Conrad said trying not to fall off the horse and barely succeeding at that. Quickly grabbing Aleksi's waist as he almost fell off once.
"Squawk, hands to yourself ya perv!" the parrot squawked an amused twinkle in his eye. Bobbing his head up and down in a mocking manner.
Conrad glared at the bird as he pulled himself back straight, still holding aleksi's waist trying not to fall off.
"I like you try and not to fall little buddy." conrad grumbled under his breath more focused on trying to stay on the horse then where his hands where and what his parrot was accusing him off.

[Aleksi]

Aleksi giggled as Conrad asked the question. Didn't he hear about Drykas and their connection with horses? Aleksi was new to it all, but hell, it was just natural most of the time.

When he almost fell off the horse again, she just rolled her eyes, trying hard not to laugh. Her hand moved over Nott's head lightly but as Conrad grabbed her waist, she just made a cold, somewhat shocked face. Her eyes went straight to the bird, when it made the silly comment, on which Aleksi would have probably laughed if it happened to someone else, but since that wasn't the case, she just glared back at Conrad. Her fingers moved over the horse's neck as she whispered quietly
"There, there boy... it will be fine.... be easy on this one and your carrot portion will be doubled when we get home", hearing Nott snort quietly, she smiled. Her fingers lightly moved onto Conrad's arms, parting them and placing them on the horse's back
"As the bird said, keep your hands for yourself.... and try not to kill my horse while being clumsy like that"

Alekis just grinned and jumped off the horse, slowly scratching along Tebridiar's neck before climbing her way up on the girl's back. Leaning in and placing a warm kiss on her neck, she added "Shall we, my love?"

[Tebridiar]

Tebridiar would have laughed if she could, that parrot was pushing boundaries!

But he was adorable, he could get away with it… All he had to do was puff his feathers up and fly away, and he would never be caught, not in a million years. She could do almost as good, but she wasn’t airborne.

She tried to give a little nod at Aleksi, and she started off at a gentle trot, motioning for Nott to do the same. He would probably know, he was already starting to seem a little more attuned to what Aleksi wanted and needed.

She could feel the grass crunching beneath her hooves, and it felt soothing, especially as a horse. A nice, cushioned surface was best when you were being ridden.

She could somehow feel Endrykas, the direction she needed to go. Not in the magical way the Drykas did, but her instincts pulled her.

[Conrad]

"As the bird said, keep your hands for yourself.... and try not to kill my horse while being clumsy like that"
Conrad sweated while he nodded, not liking the way she glared at him at all.
"Eh...Sorry?" He apologized not really knowing what was wrong, he didn't grab her anywhere that would be considered private..didn't he?
Conrad just shook his head and tried as good and as bad as he could to try and keep his balance on the horse. Paling as she jumped of and climbed on tebs.
"Wait am I supposed to ride this horse!" Conrad yelled in panic, still trying his best not to fall of."I never rode one before!" He yelped and grabbed the horses neck, more out of fear and surprise then the danger of falling off. His parrot looked at him with an amused twinkle in his eyes.
"Stop that, This is serious little buddy!" Conrad growled out in annoyance.

[Aleksi]

Aleksi laughed quite loud as Conrad growled, shaking her head and lightly rubbing Tebridiar's neck. Her eyes moved over her shoulders and she winked "You are doing just fine Conrad... and don't yell at the cute bird, he's just being sweet..."

Her fingers lightly moved down and scratching the horse, smiling happily. She missed this, no matter how strange it sounded.... She actually missed riding, especially this way... Tebridiar being in her most sensitive, natural form and so close to her.

This woman (kind of) was everything Aleksi was thinking, every time her eyes would meet the beauty she didn't know how to describe. Her heart, body and soul already had only one home, and that was close to Tebridiar, wherever she might be. Those thoughts were pushed out of her mind as the wind started blowing a bit more. It was slowly getting darker, and colder at the same time. Her eyes went back to Conrad as she added, somewhat grumpy "Can you speed up a bit? I hope Nott is being nice", then her hands gently rubbed Tebridiar's neck again, whispering against her
"I hope you're not cold girl..."

[Tebridiar]

It was nice to be scratched…

She closed her eyes lightly, she was especially responsive to touch in this form. She felt every little stone under her hooves, every little twitch of grass and gust of wind.

She felt like, with Aleksi, little strings had woven them together, somehow plucked them out and bound them with each other. Why else had Tebridiar come here? Was it fate?

Tebridiar wasn’t a great believer. She wasn’t religious. She felt gods had done nothing for her, how else had her life started off so wonderful then became so awful? If someone had watched her from above, or guided her, why had her parents had to suffer? Why did she had to be put through such horrors and torment?

Unless she was supposed to be rewarded by the most special bondmate there could be.

Tebridiar tried to respond to Aleksi. She wasn’t cold somehow. Her heart kept her warm enough.

She was ready to go.

[Conrad]

Conrad wasn't reassured at all when he heard aleksi tell him that he was fine, he still felt like the horse was going to throw him off any moment now. "Him sweet?" Conrad snorted at that remark and glared at the now innocent looking parrot that sat perched on top of the horse's head. "I think you should check your food next time to see if there aren't some things in there that aren't meant to be eaten lady." Conrad muttered under his breath as he clutched himself to the horse, desperate not to fall off. "Can you speed up a bit? I hope Nott is being nice" Conrad blanched as Aleksi asked him to speed up, he was barely holding on as it was! Did she wanted him to fall or something? "If it isn't a problem I rather like this pace, thank you very much." Conrad yelled back to her. Still clutching to the horse like he could fall of every moment, even though Nott wasn't going fast at all. "We got a coward!" the parrot squawked before imitating some high pitched laughter that was annoying as hell. Conrad growled at the his little buddy, at times like these he really didn't know why he put up with that feathered ball of irritation.

[Aleksi]

Aleksi chuckled at what Conrad said about his parrot, shaking her head lightly and rubbing along Tebridiar's neck. It was rather strange to have her so quiet, so just giving her a few rubs here and there was the least thing Aleksi could do.
Letting Tebridiar know that she still cared and wanted her around was always a must for Aleksi.

When Conrad reacted the way he did on Aleksi's suggestion, she frowned and rolled her eyes. "Another brainless idiot", thinking to herself before she clapped her hands twice and moved her lips in a rather specific way, making a somewhat of a clinging noise.
Nott after hearing that started picking up a bit of pace, not too much though, but just enough to be next to Tebridiar and Aleksi.

Luc moved in between, as if to keep distance between the two horses. It indeed was a smart cat, even though he didn't seem to understand that Tebridiar was more intelligent then most animals.
Drykas woman's lips moved, but her gaze was still on the ground
"See, that wasn't so bad... now, hold on to Nott, cause we are going to speed up a bit... I don't want to be hunted down by Glassbeaks again..."
Right after adding that, she looked at Conrad and grinned wickedly, lightly tapping Tebridiar's neck as if she told her to speed up, while of course, Luc quietly growled at Nott, not in a threatening way, but just to make sure he was moving faster as well.
