Living Quarters
There are two entrances to the Living Quarters, one on the west end of the building, and one on the east. The west entrance is where the students will find their living quarters. The building has been reconstructed since the Valterrian and so the interior has been laid out simply, with three floors full of apartments for the students. Each floor has a bathing room on either end to be shared between the students. Through the long hallways on each floor are thick wooden doors which lead into the shared apartments of the students. These living quarters can house up to a thousand students, although usually only contain a few hundred at a time, as not many people have the time and money to devote themselves enough to their studies to qualify for the housing option.
Student housing consists of a 200 sq. ft. bedroom with simple wood furnishings. There is a one-person straw mattress with linen sheets, a wardrobe, and a small mirror. Each room also has a rough bench and a small table for writing. There is one privy shared between two rooms. Each floor has a simple bath at each end, and students are allowed a voucher for two meals in the dining hall per day.
Through the east entrance is the instructor’s housing. It is laid out in a much similar way to the student housing, although much shorter of hallways. Each floor has an elegant bath at one end, and a simple kitchen at the other, allowing the instructors the option of cooking for themselves rather than being forced to only eat from the dining hall. Unlike the student housing, the bottom floor is all personal offices. Here students are allowed to enter upon invitation or after requesting from their instructor in order to meet with them. Otherwise the offices are private for the instructors to further their research and attend to the tedious work of their job.
Instructors may also pay a bit extra to obtain an office space in the Instructor section of the living quarters. Some Instructors do not need an office, and so the University offers it as an optional add-on to help ease the workload of their employees. These offices are a mere 200 sq. ft. and contain a good quality desk and chair, some shelves, a small closet for storing materials, and a padded bench for visitors.
Students and Instructors are expected to care for their own rooms, privies, and offices. However they accomplish that does not matter, although the University is known for taxing heavy fines for those who destroy the University property in any way. The bathing rooms and kitchens are kept up by a small cleaning staff. It is no secret or surprise that this staff can also be hired to clean personal rooms and privies, either for the instructors or the students.

Prices
For ease of access, the University has a wing of apartments and a dining hall available to students. To be eligible of this housing option, one must be taking at least two classes per season. Instructors are also offered this convenience as well, although they receiver higher quality accommodations. If students fail to meet the housing requirements or Instructors are forcefully relieved from their position, a 50% fee is billed to them, and they are expected to vacate their apartments within thirty days.

Employment
⥼ Cleaning Staff: When so many people live in one place, and when they do not own the property in which they live, a minimum upkeep is necessary. The University employs a small fleet of cleaning staff in order to ensure that the student and instructor housing remains clean and tidy. Largely the cleaning staff is only responsible for the hallways and other shared spaces, although it is known that they can be paid to assist students and instructors with their personal spaces, which helps pad the pockets of an otherwise low-paying job. Base pay is 2 gm/day, must possess the Organization skill.
Note
If you wish to apply for university housing, you must make note in the seasonal student roster, pay, and receive approval from an ST. Players who go inactive and do not pay for longer than a season will no longer be eligible for housing.
