Spring 27th 520 av
Djinn of the desert watched the gentle drizzling of morning rain from an unpaned window of the tower. Supposedly the rain would let up at some point and they could get to the day's work. The last day they had a chance to get to work in the fields was three days prior. A fierce storm and set upon the Demense very suddenly. They spent an hour battening down the livestock and the more precious crops and herbs, all the while the wind howled like some sort of monster. At the time, the sun was blocked by thick, dark clouds that obscured what should have been a comfortable afternoon. Already the skies were starting to lighten and the wind was blowing the storm away.
