If it's working hours then you'll likely hear the forge smoldering and the anvil banging well before you see Bandin and his hammer falling. The Singing Hammer is a small, open-aired shop, located just a ways away from Syka's Mercantile.
Most days the canvas window blinds are left rolled up to better vent the heat of the large open-faced hearth that serves as the shop's forge. Nail-boxes and freshly forged hinges, shovels, and iron cutlery litter the place and hang from the walls in droves. It's not quite a mess, but it's a very full place, packed to the brim with orders both placed and expected.
There is no sales counter to speak of, unless you count the various drawing and tool-filled workbenches littered about. When they need something, the residents of Syka have quickly learned that they're more than welcome to simply walk in and place an order; the door is almost always literally open. Bandin charges fair rates and seems quite content to play his part in the building of the growing settlement.

Bandin is a decently accomplished smith; all it takes is a visit to his smithy and he'll give you a quote on any project you might have in mind. Feel free to post below and I'll reply asap, or you can reach out for a thread.
A Note on Building Supplies
For Syka projects, it's fine to assume Bandin is getting paid out of the price you're putting up for the structure off of the price list. I'll just include your order in a job thread and I'll get paid that way; so if you want to roleplay your hinges, screws, etc, coming from Bandin's shop then just drop a paragraph or two below of your character placing an order and you'll be good to go.

His favorite part of working in Syka has quickly become helping residents to get what they need to build their homes and businesses; he just likes being a part of making others' ambitions comes true.
