Appearance

  A ghost among the living, it would almost appear that Syna's light had never before graced Lani's form with skin that of the purest porcelain, if not for the smattering of light freckles across a dainty nose. Snowy locks flow oft in a tattered mess down the length of her lithe frame. Only with the pastel blues and pinks of her luminescent Konti scales scattering around her neck and reaching in dappled patterns across her body does the visage seem to become reality. Lash-fringed, doe eyes peer out from prominent cheekbones and a thick brow, as if containing the oceans of Laviku within.

  Lani is always looking for the bigger picture in life. Often overlooking the simple explanations and details get forgotten about. Imaginative, idealistic, and compassionate Lani is usually open-minded and accepting of anything unless it violates one of her core values. These are simple: protect life and if you have taken, give back.
  Quiet and introverted, Lani prefers to service others and make the world brighter. With her Konti gift, sensing fear in others and witnessing their fears in a vision upon contact, Lani avoids larger crowds and is withdrawn at times. Though she has not seen much of the world, she has seen its darkest terrors through the eyes of others.

History

 Pre-creation

  Lani sorely misses the serenity of the shores upon Mura. To be surrounded by like-minded women, who all strive towards harmony. This was Lani's ideal world and she thrived in her homeland. Being an only child to a woman who desired to save the world, Lani grew up chasing her mother's affections. Her mother did not neglect her of course, if Lani ever asked her mother would provide. It was simply that her mother saw everyone else as her own child who needed saving and often forgot about her independent little one at home.
  So Lani spent her childhood entertaining herself when passed between the other Konti women. Being closed and avoiding larger crowds, Lani didn't have many friends, other than one Charoda - Muiel. This broadened her horizons to the various ways in which to live life, inspiring her desire to search for the bigger picture in which all the Konti and other races contributed to. Finding the connections to people and their connections to the wider universe led Lani to take a natural affinity to the arts of fortune telling and astrology.
  She never knew her father, but that was normal for most Konti women. Yes, she of course asked questions when she was younger, but her curiosity eventually fizzled when she realised he had no real connections to her path in life.
  Which, was now changing. Never before had Lani left the protection of Mura, but her mother was being sent away to Zeltiva for a few seasons to lend aid to those who suffer from over giving. Seeing this as a chance to truly connect and bond with her mother and to experience the wider world, Lani leapt at the chance to join her.

Having only ever left Mura once before to find a mate, despite her age, she is naive of the world and of its darkness. Lula is motherly to all and always offers a listening ear. Seeking to heal the world, she often forgets that she indeed has a daughter that is of her own blood. Frequently she had relied on the other Konti women in Mura to aid in raising her child Lani. Recently she been tasked by the Mother Circle to travel to Zeltiva and lend her healing hands to aid those unfortunate to suffer the overgiving from magic use in Zeltiva's asylum.
