ItTioO (Gorth) “Walks the Ancient Path” 'i"T (323 Years Old) iOiTo (Male) 'i'I" (7’ 11”) "o"iT (550lbs) iToIoT (Jamoura) IIIiOiIT TiiTooT (Physical Description) Gorth is as the legends describe his race, he is a very large oversized gorilla. His mere presence is an awe inspiring height as he reaches almost eight feet in height with a width of four feet. Gorth’s fur is something to behold as it has a midnight black base but with intricate tribal designs of grey added to it. The tribal markings aren’t as fluid as the drykas markings nor as wild as the Mayrians, does it simply seems to flow in jagged shapes around the body of the Jamora as if telling a tale in a ancient language. It is an odd choice for a Jamora to keep his pelt in a way that counteracts camouflage but Gorth has insisted that his pelt be kept that way in respect to all the magic and nature that surrounds him. To a passerby Gorth would look like a deranged monster due to his size and unique color scheme, but on closer inspection one would see that he keeps his being in an up kept state. No hair seems to be out of place and any dirt or debris that falls on the being is usually washed away by cleaning rituals done daily. And on a final note Gorth’s brown eyes are filled with a sense of kindness and compassion that most beasts are not affiliated with. OiiOTiooT llIiOT (Character Concept) “Iiio ItTioo liIliioo ItTttio iIIooIioIT iiiio oio ITi “ (Seek within before looking anywhere else) – Gorth Gorth see’s himself as a disciple of the energy of life in nature. He see’s him self no more important nor less important then the bugs on the ground nor the trees that reach into the heavens. But he feels blessed in the fact that he is able to understand the life that flows around him. His relation to the earth and nature is somewhat shaman like as he tends to not seek out social like behaviour but rather study it. This might be why Gorth has taken a liking to the dead Ancient Tongue language as it is the best ways to set ideas and conclusions apart from the influence of the language and ideas of other races. The large beast might appear very hostile and odd but at a closer glace the large creature is very kind, it is his eyes that give it away. Using violence as a last resort, Gorth would rather retreat or hide than find himself in a conflict. It is not that the male Jamora is a coward it is simply the fact that he respects life to much to hurt or harm it unless it is absolutely necessary for survival. It is impossible to enrage Gorth as he simply embraces the fact that everything and everyone is different and can choose to live life the way it wants accordingly. And it is by this fact that drive the Jamora to understand all the complexities of life so that he could pass this wisdom to others so that they too would rejoice in the wonders of nature and life. Continuing to examine Gorth’s personality one would summarize it as very recluse and observant, seeking to understand first before acting. In fact the large Jamora rarely speaks to many people choosing to remain silent as if his words would disrupt his observations of the nature around him. But when the large gorilla speaks his voice is a loud and booming voice which vibrates with inner power as if his very words hold magic over the very air that carries it. OoITiiT OiTooIT (Character History) “IiIIio ooIT oIoIii OoOiIT OoIiIT oioI IIiIooO” (Life knows of no limits to compassion) - Gorth Gorth from the day he was born was taught that knowledge and wisdom were the greatest things in life. His earliest memories were of stories of countless adventures, the complexities of life and nature itself. And then as if like a harsh wind Gorth was swept away from the tales of his family and sent to the ancient trees of the Hahk’maghtar and told to meditate on his inner being and thoughts. It was here at the base of these ancient trees did Gorth began to uncover the brief bits of memories of his past life. Though the information Gorth was able to pull from it was in such small and short segments that it took nearly a century to decipher. Gorth was able to decipher that his past life was something of a mage though personal facts about his past being remained unclear. What was clear however was the knowledge that his past life had obtained about the art of Reimancy. Theory, facts and other bits of information slowly leaked back into the mind of Gorth as he spent his days listening to his soul, as if telling it’s new body stories. This was the life of Gorth for another one hundred and fifty years learning this one past, trying to understand what his past life had achieved and learned. It was until Gorth was around two hundred before he attempt to use the knowledge he had gained on the subject of Reimancy. This is because as a Jomoura he had the patience as a tree, seeking to understand first before a blind attempt at magic might have been fatal or harmful to those around him drove Gorth to full understand this magic. The result of the two century meditation and study on magic left the Jomoura skilled with the use of the elements of Earth and Fire. Gorth held this magical use in great respect as he saw it was a way to get in tune with nature’s basic elements. Adulthood slowly encroached on the Jamoura when a feeling to get closer to the energies and nature that surrounded him grew stronger and stronger. Each tale or each lesson learned made Gorth contemplate a life long journey into the unknown himself, learn the ancient ways of Mizahar and seek a higher understanding of the world around him and be more than just simple information. It was then Gorth than chose to wonder Mizhar as he chose learning everything there was to know about life and nature on his existence. Donning marks from memories of his ancient life, Gorth chose to live in solitude away from his race to learn of nature and life on his own so that he could make his own conclusions or discoveries. Tacking with him seeds of the tall trees of the Spire Gorth than ventured into the wilds of Mizahar never spending no more than twenty years in one place while planting a tree to the spots he lived. Currently the large ape has been meditating in the wilds of Sylira beneath a large nineteen year old tree.
