Her hooves happily danced away beneath her and she sped up, maybe to a pace more to her liking. It felt good to go fast. The scents of the wild seemed to make it further up your nose and you were left with the wonderful smell of the wilds all around you, which was rather… intoxicating.
Every herb and twig and flower and creature and blade of grass seemed so much more magical if you could appreciate how good they smelled.
As a human, you can’t smell that good. Humans sense of smell is pretty terrible compared to most animals. Most humanoids are very visual creatures. But when you are a horse, smell and instinct tends to take over.
Tebridiar looked over to Nott, who was happily adjusting his pace. He was a good horse, quiet, easy to please. But how fast could he go?
