[Alvadas OOC Thread] Alvadas Character Cast

PC Name: Derric
Age & Sex: 21, Male
Reason for Being in Alvadas: Well, Derric originally set out for Alvadas because he wanted to experience the illusions (as well as learn about the magic behind them). However, as a player, my real goal is to push him in the direction of learning about/following Ionu.
Things I Like to Thread About: Pretty much anything. I don't find myself to be all too picky.
Things I Dislike To Thread About: I don't really have any topics I wouldn't want to thread about, but I wouldn't enjoy threading with anyone with a writing skill too far below my own. I'm not trying to be mean/immodest (I'll admit that I'm not that great of a writer), but there comes a point when I can't handle another uncapitalized run-on sentence, that also happens to be the only sentence in a post.
Additional Comments: I'm hoping to meet knew people, and, in the long run, pursue a mark in illusionism. Sure, not the easiest to attain goal, but why not?
Your Favorite Fruit: Do cookies count as fruit? If not, then oranges.

Reason for Being in Alvadas: Aselia loves exploring new places. She's especially intrigued by Alvadas because it's ever-changing and provides lots of opportunities and adventures. She also wants to learn more about Ionu.
Things I Like to Thread About: I can thread about almost anything if it's fun. My favorites with Aselia are light social threads and unexpected adventures, but also religious threads. Aka when she practices Divination.
Things I Dislike To Thread About: I tend to stay away from combat-oriented threads or "dark" stuff, because it just wouldn't fit the character.
Additional Comments: Not really ... A warning might be appropriate: Aselia is a little stalker and way curious. If she labels a person interesting, she'll try to read their Chavi!
Your Favorite Fruit: Strawberries. Definitely strawberries.

Reason for Being in Alvadas: Alvadas is very close to estranged Symanestran territory for my character. Also, Alvadas is an excellent place to study magic.

Things I Like to Thread About: Epic adventures - things that affect players for months or even years down the road - and comedy. A great blunder and sense of mischief add color to dour situations.

Things I Dislike To Thread About: The sensless pursuit of power, manipulation, strong erotic overtones, and "Me Monsters."

Additional Comments: Friends and travelling companions.

Your Favorite Fruit: Kiwi & Starfruit (though pomegranate + jalapeno = crazy delicious.)

Reason for Being in Alvadas: To have some fun. Fun being defined as: seducing, poisoning, torturing, and eating who she can. Usually in that order.

Things I Dislike To Thread About: Overly sexy stuff maybe, depends.

Reason for Being in Alvadas: A local of Alvadas and devout follower of Ionu. I'm here to make things interesting for those who venture inside!

Things I Like to Thread About: One on one encounters. And skill building.
Things I Dislike To Thread About: Walking endlessly.
Additional Comments: I wan't to garner the favor of Ionu. Maybe I can pick up a traveling companion as well. There's only so much one city can teach you.

Reason for Being in Alvadas: She wanted to travel to a place far from where she came from and is looking for a new home.
Things I Like to Thread About: I enjoy threading many themes, a little comedy and romance is perfectly fine with me. I'm an easy-going person so I'll pretty much do whatever theme anyone suggests.
Things I Dislike To Thread About: I don't really have a thread that I don't like doing, though too much violence between my character and another is a put off. And I'm not too good at battle scenes either.
Additional Comments: Seraphin is looking for a friend or two at the moment, though it may take her a bit to warm up to others (though a good fish meal would thaw her out quickly), I was also hoping to have some sort of romance/comedy thread with a male character that could eventually become her new 'Master'.
Your Favorite Fruit: Olives~ and if that's not a fruit then definately mangos~!

Age & Sex: Appears in his early 30's, Male
Reason for Being in Alvadas: He's just arrived from Syliras and is only staying for a few days, maybe longer if he likes it. Then he's off to Kalinor and ultimately reach Lhavit.
Things I Like to Thread About: Anything is fine from social, training, fighting... even romance although Dlight's not very romantic except towards his violin. :lol:

Things I Dislike To Thread About: Just stay true to your skill level and I'll be happy
Additional Comments: I'm wanting to meet others and learn some new things. Dlight is a violinist so if anyone else is interested in performing he'd get along with them.

Reason for Being in Alvadas: She's a wanderer. Couldn't stand being stuck on Mura with her family any longer.

Things I Like to Thread About: Pretty much anything. =] It's been a while since I've been a part of an active, formal RP forum, so I'm trying to hone my skills in every area.

Things I Dislike To Thread About: Anthros. They're so irritating with their little wolfy ears and fluffy foxy tails and constant :3 faces. Luckily they don't exist here. =]

Additional Comments: Seeking traveling companions, and she should probably upgrade her equipment and such.

Reason for Being in Alvadas: His carcass was dumped here after he was murdered. Apparently his murderers thought the best place to hide his body was in a city that always changed.

Things I Like to Thread About: I like anything really. It's only a story right, so let's make it fun!

Things I Dislike To Thread About: Cybering = ew. Sorry, it won't happen, ever. Other than that, I can't say I actually dislike something until I actually do it.

Additional Comments: This is Jinmei's first step in his journey to find and eventually kill off his murderers, but to do that he needs someone willing to let him possess them when the time comes, or other times. It also wouldn't hurt him to come across a fellow ghost who knows how to do...well...ghost things, like soulmist Projection, materialization, and possession. All-in-all, Jinmei's got a lot of ground to cover.
