Hi Folks!
The question came up today about what happens to structures that aren't fully paid for... ie... built but loans aren't completed. If the player stops playing and doesn't complete their loans, then the structure reverts back to the Settlement. This is true even if the loan was for something as simple as furnishings.
I did the same for deeded land to settle Syka... giving it back to the Settlement if players quit.
I will give all buildings one season to be in limbo (since people can be one season behind in their ledgers) and one season to be placed back on the market. If two full seasons have passed without loan payment, then the structure is for sale at its full value. All furnishings will come with the structure. The structure can then be renamed, described, etc... but the property and buildings will not be separated.
