Stretching northward along the coastline of the Suvan Sea, the Cobalt Mountains are the home of the Bronze Wood, numerous ruins, and creatures both strange and fantastical.

Kaeliinthia watched them as the both had gotten angry. "Oh please, you were just as cautious as I was." She stated as she yawned faintly. Her hostile attitude completely disappeared, almost as if she had two personalities.

She furrowed a brow, looking between the two once more before lowering her eyes to the fire. "Of course, I could just head off to my camp if you wish." Her lips pursed as she said this.

Awakening ((Open))

Postby Zerodyne on January 30th, 2011, 5:47 am

Zerodyne looked at this women and just shook his head, she seemed completely insane. "Just as cautious? of course anyone would be if they had a weapon pointed at them, are you that daft?" He was now getting irritated. He wasn't exactly sure if she was just brain dead or liked to try and piss people off. He had unfolded his hand by this point and was putting them near the fire as he felt a slight chill come over him.

He wasn't sure if he really wanted this women to leave or drop dead right then and there. He shook his had to attempt to stay calm and clear his mind of such thoughts.

"Cautious indeed..." Niah snorted trying to stop the urge to get her dagger out and throw it at the woman. "I guess coming here nicely and asking to stay near the fire should you really had wanted that was too much for your feeble mind to handle. Nooooo! You just marched in with the bow at ready." Niah was loosing her temper and was unsure what to do next. She was seriously thinking of heading back to Syliras before it got dark outside. Still she felt bad to leave Zerodyne with this harridan.

'I guess telling her to jump off a cliff would be too harsh.' Niah thought to herself then turned to Zerodyne attempting to completely ignore the unwanted guest. "I was thinking of heading back to Syliras... as you can see I didn't really bring anything else besides my daggers. Are you planning on remaining here or perhaps leading to the city."

"Hmm.." would be all that the two would hear for quite a few moments from Kaeliinthia. Her mind raced; Daft? Does he mean foolish or silly? Maybe even crazy although, they both give off a irritated glance.. Kaeliinthia's face twisted up in confusion, it would be obvious to them that she was pondering their remarks.
Could crazy be a good thing? Hm, I don't know.. Crazy is a good or bad way for, it all depends.. Her legs stretched out closer to the fire. "I'll watch the campsite for you if you leave. I'll stomp out the fire if I get bored and head back to mine." She let out a slight shrug.

Zerodyne smiled and looked at Niah as she said something about heading to the city. "It is supposed to get colder as the night goes by...Maybe I should head there, pack up and bring my horse to the stables." Zerodyne stared at the fire for a moment before turning to the 'mixed' up women and scoffed as she mentioned watching his camp. "I don't even know you and you would offer something like that? Especially after your violent introduction." This women surely didn't know anything that she had just done or even realize how it would impact first impressions and peoples thoughts of her, let alone their reactions to such actions.

Finally calming down Niah measured the woman from head to toe: she was a bit taller and better build than her. Clearly she was meant for the life of a warrior not that of an artist like Niah was. She had intriguing golden eyes and hair with red highlights. One thing that stood out about her was the scar she held on her face. All in all she looked like a person who had gone through much.

"Look." she said to the newcomer "Let's try this again shall we? My name is Niah. I'm a resident of Syliras who lies an hour's worth of walking from here. It's winter, the temperature is bound to drop a lot during the night so you'd be better off spending it in an inn rather than in the forest."

Turning to Zerodyne the girl nodded and added. "The stables in Syliras are known to provide very good conditions for horses. There are also some Inns and Taverns in the City where you can crash for the night if you decide to head elsewhere tomorrow."

Awakening ((Open))

Kaeliinthia's eyes widened as she mentioned that she should spend the night inside the city rather then the forest. People?.. Her body would shiver at the thought and seemed to dance about the subject of going to the city. "I'm Kaellinthia Sa'Laen, a pleasure to meet you, Niah." She nodded before rubbing at her eyes.

Kaeliinthia pulled her legs into her chest and hugged them tightly, knowing she would not be able to ignore the subject of the city. "I can't go.. I have too many belongings and my horse.." She gave herself a weird look as she said that What a lame excuse..

Zerodyne rubbed the back of his neck as he felt slightly ignored after he had commented on the women's introduction. He listened to them however and realized that people can change their attitudes really quickly, such as though human's had multiple personalities. Zerodyne smiled and just shook his head as he stood. "Why don't you gather your belongings and...meet us there...I'm sure I can pay for both of our horses to be taken care of" He offered and stretched.

The wind picked up lightly and his horse began to trot about his post while still looking for something to munch on. At that time Zerodyne wondered when the last time the horse had been fed was. He had forgotten about it during the time he had swapped bodies.

OOCSo where are we heading with the thread? Going to the main gates and ending it or continuing in the city?

Seeing that Zerodyne stopped snapping at Kaellinthia and actually smiled at her made Niah relax a whole deal. So they wouldn't start throwing blows along the way: that was good. However the girl was intriguing; how she could change her mood so fast was unknown to Niah... the only thing she could guess was that due to some reason or the other Kaellinthia did not trust other people... AT ALL. The offensive way she barged in was probably defensive for her.

"You really should get at least a good night's sleep in the city. If you don't care much for crowds and blubbering idiots you can wait till nightfall and just enter the city then. You check your horse in the stables, get yourself a room at the Traveler's Row and remain there as long as you want."

Awakening ((Open))

Postby Kaeliinthia on January 31st, 2011, 1:05 pm

Kaeliinthia pursed her lip as she stood up slowly. Should I go? I have a friend to be with.. City, inn.. Bah.
Without saying a word, she began to stride over towards the edge of the campsite and let out a very sharp whistle. In the near distance, hooves tapping on the ground and rustling equipment would jingle. Syl'cysi trotted into the camp, snorting as she came up to Kaeliinthia.

Kaeliinthia caressed her hand along Syl'cysi's nose. "There, there.." She whispered. Taking off a backpack filled with assorted items and a rucksack also filled, the horse relaxed.

"I'm still not totally sure.." She said nervously, still rubbing Syl'cysi's nose. "But.. I guess I will." She grabbed Syl'cysi's reigns and walked her slowly towards the fire.
