Day 88 of Winter, AV 510 Sunkiss Pavilion - Afternoon Continued from this thread. |
Eldon sat there in silence. What was there to be said? Well, perhaps anything could be said, but given what just happened, there was very little Eldon wanted to say. He just lie still on that grassy floor of his pavilion, something he was not nearly ready to inherit. Still, his father had been temporarily cast out of his mind, his loss was forgotten for the time being. Eldon would feel the pain again later, but for now, just staring at the woman lying next to him, her chest rising and falling, bare in that still day. If Eldon hadn't been so thoroughly worn out from a lost amount of time spent in wild passion with this girl. Eldon's left arm was outstretched, only barely reaching far enough to stroke her cheek with his lone index finger. It was strange how the two of them could go from being as loud, and violent as they were, to this, a soft, still silence. Eldon didn't want to disturb Arabella, as if she had fallen asleep there. Eldon wouldn't be shocked if she had, she looked as worn out as he felt, and she was considerably smaller, lightly, physically weaker than he. He probably should have been more careful with her, but something just kept urging him on, faster and harder. Too be honest, now that everything had faded, he was brought back to the thoughts that they were already being careless. In the middle of the day, screaming in unconstrained loving ferocity, was probably not the best way to be discreet. Hell, Eldon was shocked that nobody had barged into the Sunkiss Pavilion in fear he was being murdered, or in his recently acquired rage, murdering a helpless woman. If that was murder though, he didn't want to live. |
