Basic Information Race: Charoda Age : 19 Gender:Female Physical Description Dylana is a slender Charoda with turquoise-blue skin and slightly deeper blue eyes. Her main dorsal fin that takes the place of her hair has a deep white scar around the base of it, which Dylana is very self-conscious about and she often wears a special headdress of shells and shark-skin to cover it and hangs like thin braids behind her. When out of the water it gently sounds as she walks, but within the sea it swirls around her. Character Concept Dylana is a welsh name meaning The Sea and she is an inquisitive creature with which to explore the watery areas of Mizahar. Her curiosity has got her into trouble in the past, but it doesn’t stop her wanting to know everything and everyone. She asks questions that others may think are rude and doesn’t relate her own desire to hide her scars with others wanting to hide theirs whether external or internal. Character History Dylana was one of four eggs that successfully hatched and her cluth-siblings were always around growing up to have fun with. The smallest of the clutch, Dylana was treated as the runt by her eldest sibling, but was very close to her clutch brother Golah, who hatched just before her. Growing up Dylana often felt left behind by her siblings and was not as good as them in many things that they were taught at school. She did love to dance and spent a lot of her time practicing her ballet skills, even when she should have been helping tend the gardens, which would often bring her more trouble. Sometimes she would get curious and slip away when no one was looking, often Golah would be the first to notice her disappearance and come looking for her before she got into trouble. One time when he was looking for his little sister he found her exploring a cave enterance, persuading her to return, neither of them saw the large shark that was looking for food. The shark went for Dylana, catching her on her dorsal fin and dragging her away through the water, feeling the panic rising in her she tried to strike the shark to be freed from his grip but couldn’t get the right angle. Golah swam after them, only thinking abour saving his sister and not caring for his own safety, eventually catching up and getting past the shark to strike it across its nose, the shark in shock released Dylana and as she was released she immediately started swimming away, Golah racing behind her. Eventually getting home, Golah made her promise to never wander off again, but Dylana couldn’t keep her promise.
