Nex Paciscor Art work credited to *Dark-Sheyn of Deviant art General Information ■Race: Kelvic, Animal: Wolf ■Birth Date: Season of Spring, Day 28, 506 AV ■Gender: Male Physical Description ■ The Real Nex- Even though he belongs to the grey wolf species, his fur takes on a black hue that covers his whole body, product of a fur color change that occurs more commonly in the wolves of the north. This hints that quite possibly one or both of his parents had the same dark coat, as dark fur usually takes dominance over grey fur. Height wise he comes up to three feet, his body length averaging at five feet long, putting his weight around one hundered and fifty pounds. The yellow and brown of his eyes mix into more of a bright golden hue than a dull one, and at night this is emphasized by the reflective quality of them that allows him to see better in the dark. ■ The Shadow of Nex- When he takes human form, he stands at around six feet tall, his body covered in compact muscle that makes him look a bit thinner than he really is. His chest is rather broad, that being where his muscle is most centered, his arms and legs thick from unarmed fighting and running around in his wolf form and even in his human guise when the whim or need strikes him. Coarse black hair covers the tops of his forearms and his legs, matching the tangle of black hair on his head that he usually keeps short, bangs falling barely over his eyes if he hasn't cut it lately. The features of his face rather looks like it was carved from stone, the lines of it being sharp and strong, not helping him look very attractive, but helping with intimidation plenty if need be. Despite how human he looks though a few things do give him away, such being his golden eyes that carry over, and his canines being slightly larger, poking out from under his lips should he smile widely. Strangly his hair isn't the thing that carries over being no more dense than what a average man would have, but the color remaines the same, perhaps because the stubborness of his lineage. Character Concept ■Personality - Loyalty, and a desire to impress are the biggest parts of him. Until he finds a 'pack' of his own he is vurnerable, and always seeks to impress others into perhaps finding himself a place to fit in. Always there is also a desire to improve himself, to make himself better and contribute as is his due, likely stemming off of his desire to impress. At the same time, he is constantly evaulating others, examining their attributes, and seeing how well of a match he would be for them, and how good they are in their own right. More than anything he just wants to fit in, and once he does he will stop at nothing to keep his place, and to protect whomever he has found a place with. ■Ethics - His ethics, despite his later age are still half formed as he still has much to learn. What he does know though is that he isn't above killing anyone that attacks him, or threatens himself or others he has taken up cause with. Food is food to him, and a dead person will be allways seen as food in his eyes, especially if he is hungery enough. He'd rather not wear clothes, they brush against his skin uncomfortably, and it feels rather stiffling even on a good day with them on. He wears them to blend in, to not betray so easily his true nature, like any other kelvic would tell you. His age has given him some independance all this time, his master refusing to bond with him was more of a act of kindness, though he yet know this thinking the old man just shrewd, and himself not worthy. Since he was not bonded at a early age though, his mental growth progressed to the limits of his own kelvic mind, so that when he does bond he will not be stunted with subservience, but grow in intellegence to that of his bond-mates changing to reflect their thoughts. He possesses a degree of cunning himself, but still is a wolf, with wolf thoughts, instincts, and wants, but if he gets what he hopes, and bonds with someone with great attributes that he favors like intellegence and strength then he will be happy indeed. When he does become accepted into a "pack" of his own, pack mentality will occure, and like he would do when traveling, he will stake out his claim like any other would, and far be it for strangers to intrude, him not wasting a thought before chasing them off. ■Likes - His likes are few and simple, he enjoys a good hunt, the chase most of all, but the food is still just as satisfying. Meeting new people is also something he favors, especially since he has yet to find a pack of his own, causing a sort of need in him to impress everyone he meets in hopes of finding a fit in a pack of his own. Taking after a little bit of his old master, he rather enjoys finding new things, and learing about them, thinking about abstract things seeming more of a waste of his time. When it comes time to bed, he rather enjoys laying out in the sun unless the weather is less than favorable then a good sheltered cave would do just as fine. ■Dislikes - A dislike for the undead comes naturally to him, after all to his sensebilities, they are a abomonation, not even being useful for food. A encounter with a nuit named Rayage in the woods enforced this claim, furthering the hate for anything so unatural. Character History Born in Lhavit under the benevolent tuleage of his master, he grew up learning the art of battle through his time with the various teachers his master introduced him to in a effort to transform the youngling into a strong defender of his home. As time passed though and more of his potential became evident he was found to be more suited to be his master's personal errand boy and body gaurd, performing various tasks. Usually just delivering some notes or items up for trade, it gave a good cause for him to be able to get to know the city even better and even associate with a few people who initiated relations. Over time he has become quite comfortable in the city, despite his ever gnawing restlesness to get out. He restrains himself, knowing he needs to be stronger before heading out into the world and seeks as much training as his master will allow him. Recently, seeing that he had a knack for unarmed combat his master has been enforcing this and nutring his intrest in the art. He only deemed it worthy to teach him common as a first language but gradually saw the value of Lhavitian, and Isurian only recently. Most recently his master has released him from service in a manner of speaking, which of course brought great joy to him. He looks forward to exploring the world and learning what he may. Getting his first combat experience with a fellow Kelvic, he was able to better understand and know the height and limits of his fighting skill.
