Seeking Craftsmen & Women for Lhavit RPs

Hi there!

I own a business in Lhavit called All Things Wild which sells herbs, spices, perfumes and incense. It would be nice to have some related craftsmen and women to play with - maybe do some guild type stuff, hold meetings, have rivalries, work together. I do Morphing and am learning poisons/philtering and assorted other things. I like talking about Kelvics and have a kelvic friend who is a tinker. We'd like to make some additional friends.

Other sorts of RPs are welcome too. Anyone in the area interested, let us chat!

I do roleplay as a wandering merchant / carver mostly based in Avanthal. Perhaps some sort of written correspondence to and fro? Trade agreement even?

I am not really a craftsman in Lhavit, but I do have a character there and I was wondering something. Would you sell the stuff required for embalming? My character is Nuit and such items would be very helpful in the future.

Also, I do not know a lot about your character, but if you would be open to a shadier friend, my other character (Neville) does practice Malediction, which I guess could be considered a craft in some rights.

Lesserage - I'd love a long-distance via letter rp with you to trade goods/info/etc. That could be really fun and different than anything i've seen so far.

Ronin- I'd really love to meet your Nuit. Haeli doesn't have a strong sense of 'good' or 'evil' because she wasn't brought up to understand those lines. She doesnt' sell embalming things per say, but I bet her shop has basic ingredients you can make such things from. We can research it and figure it out together ic if you'd like. I've never met a nuit IC and that'd be really fun to do.

I'll definitely start one for Neville today. I almost pm'd him when I saw a jamoura in Lhavit because I wanted to meet him. I didn't read the CS long enough to see he was a Nuit. How interesting!

I wouldn't mind written correspondence myself! How would we go about doing that though? Start a thread in the "elsewhere" section perhaps? My goods are mainly Avanthalian carvings, though I do trade in everything in demand like horses and herbs.

Here is my idea for our project. How about I start a thread in Lhavit called [Correspondences] All Things Wild Mail... and you start one in your city for your correspondences. We post letters in each others threads, and our responses in our own. I can say Haeli just gave a letter to a random trader a while ago and they ended up (through a choice of your own the situation) giving it to Lesserage.

Would that work? I think its well within the game parameters.

Hey Haeli,

This looks like a super interesting project. I would love to get involved somehow. Vala doesn't exactly trade, but she is a fairly proficient scribe. Maybe she would be the one to write up the correspondences from Wind Reach; this would mean you could get more trade going in other cities.

Its great coming up with the correspondence idea to connect PC's in different cities. I was thinking of having a 'letter' thread at one point, but I chickened out.

I also offer my ability to grade and mod... though if you are posting in Lhavit, it may be out of my jurisdiction.

I'd love to correspond with Vala too. That'd be fun. Haeli is very shy but shes curious about the world. I think she'd be bold in her writing but maybe not so interested in traveling far.
