Hearing the sound of Jokor falling to the ground Jaelyn turned around, her sword at the ready. She tensed her arms slightly as his head lifted up, but it quickly fell back to the ground. She had not expected him to fall so quickly, but there was no point in beating him if he couldn't rise on his own.
"Do you understand now? I have certainly not killed you, or even drawn any blood, but you are not able to attack anymore," she spoke slowly and firmly, not celebrating her victory, but instructing, "You have a good option for that with your fists, but they will not work against someone armored," she paused a moment, thinking, "Perhaps you should study something that gives you a greater range for dealing with threats at a distance, like the bow."
The whole time she stayed where she had ended after her strike against Jokor, but her sword was now lowered and pointed at the ground. He seemed to have given up, so there was no real point to remaining fully on guard.
