After traveling alone for several weeks that seems like years, Xela finally reaches a large city called Zeltiva. The place was beautiful, but to Xela any civilization is beautiful. She had been traveling since her lover died, ducking any head hunters or slave traders trying to capture her for a quick Mina. That is just the mild things she encountered. There is no encounter that she feared for her life more then a large Wildlands boar.

As she walks through the town she sees all the shops and people peddling on the street. Amazed at the openness she had not seen in a long time. She stops and watches this guy juggle. Realizing that she is in a town, she grabs her Minaz pouch and puts it in her "personal bank" where it should be safe. It was not really comfortable but did help her bust just a little. She continues to watch this human. He stood about 5 feet tall, wearing pretty dark tunic with tight pants. She smirks at the look of his hat for it was pretty red and pointed.

She continues to stare at this guy while she figure outs her next step.

It's a wonder I'm here. Spring, 511 AV (OPEN)

Cora found herself wandering around the city again. Her feet took her to all her favourite places and finally she came to a street with many shops.

She started to go around them to see if there would be something interesting to buy. There were many people around, shopping and shouting. It was quite loud here, but Cora didn't mind. She was happy to have many people around.

She came to watch a man who was juggling. She glanced next to her and saw a white haired woman. "Nice, isn't it?" she remarked conversationally and continued to watch the man.

OOCI joined your thread like we agreed. We will see how it goes :)

Xela startled by the human beside her quickly gains her composure again. "Why yes, I don't think I could do that even if I practiced."

Xela turns to the girl and with a warm smile on her face she extends her hand. "My name is Xela, It took me a while to get here from The White Island but I am happy to be here. Are you from here by chance?"

She smiles waiting for an answer.

Cora looked over the woman standing next to her as she spoke. She nodded. "It is very hard to learn, I agree. But with proper training you could learn everything. And I mean training." she stressed the word. "Not like all the theoretical stuff I have to study." she mumbled. "I mean, it's so boring isn't it?"

She accepted the offered hand and shook it. "Nice to meet you. I'm Cora." she thought for a while about what Xela told her. "So you are Konti, aren't you?"

It wasn't hard to miss the distinctive features of the race. Cora had seen some pictures in her father's books. It was hard for her not to stare at Xela, now that they talked with each other, but she tried and hoped that the Konti wouldn't notice. It was great opportunity to talk to someone of another race. Cora had never met someone different from her. It was always only humans.

Cora nodded and smiled a little, when Xela asked her if she came from here. "Yes, I was born in here and I am here all my life. I've never been to any other city, than this. Do you need some help? I could show you the way to somewhere you look for." she offered and shrugged.
