Cassandra "Cass"

Appearance: Cass stands at 5’0 and weighs 110 pounds. She has long ink black hair with bluish-grey eyes. She has light grey skin which she often tries to cover up with either dirt to make her seem like a very dirty human or white powder to make her skin look more human. At the elbows and knees her fur is a very dark grey, edging on black. Sharp claws adorn her fingers and toes which she hides sometimes behind gloves and boots. Cass’s bat-like wings are mostly dull grey with a silver tint. Her wings are usually folded up behind her back and are usually hidden underneath a long overcoat, preferring a coat over to the cloak her wings would provide her. Underneath her long overcoat Cass wears very little else, sometimes an old shirt but mostly just a bra band and thin shorts.
Where From: Cass is from the tunnels underneath Castle Xy. She spent most of her life there until curiosity drove her out of the tunnels to travel across the grasslands. She now wanders around Sunberth with Darian.
Concept/History: Born into the thriving tunnels beneath Castle Xy, Cass spent her childhood wandering through the tunnels out of pure curiosity. Through her exploration of the tunnels she quickly learned the proper uses of a human and how to fight other Ziths. Her older brothers taught her how to successfully hunt. At the age of ten Cass matured into a full adult and dedicated her life to helping her brothers run different parts of the underground tunnels. But it was during her transformation into an adult where things began to change.
While Cass partook in many feasts of human flesh and blood with her brothers, her curiosity grew. She quickly found herself struggling with finding any passion in a male mate. Due to this conflict Cass has done her best to avoid attracting any males. Along with her mate struggles Cass also began to become obsessed with the idea of humans. She began trying to dress up and act like them for kicks and giggles, much to her brothers’ dismay. As Cass grew older she also grew apart from the rest of the Ziths, even many of her brothers. She was eventually labeled unstable and crazy among the Ziths and ignored for the most part. Only her two close brothers even allow her to talk to or around them.
When Cass spoke about leaving to explore the lands beyond the grasslands her two brothers encouraged her to leave and, hopefully, get the obsession with humans out of her system. Cass soon left Castle Xy and travels by night, unknowingly, towards the city of Taloba. She is often accompanied by an imaginary friend who serves mostly as her Zith conscious, trying to push her back onto the Zith path so she can return to Castle Xy and be who she was born to be.
Relationships: After meeting and falling in love with Darian Cass tends to stick by him no matter what.
