What are you reading?

Reading the occasional passage fromA Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson. Being a reference book, I don't need to finish the whole thing in a row, which is great, seeing as it's a 500-something page book and an inch an a half thick.

On another note, just finished Nineteen-Eighty Four. Great book, but a little dark at times.

Just finished Misery by Stephen King. Why haven't I read this novel before? It's great, and it has been a while since I found a book I couldn't put down. It's somewhat dark I suppose, but I love it for that :).

Kish, I sincerely love 1984, though I think A Brave New World is even better (and in some ways creepier).

Speaking of dark books, just started Clockwork Orange.

drayton, i love "a brave new world"!

currently reading through 3 books - only one is fiction (the outsiders, reading it for the nth time but it's a great book). the others are a history of western civilization, and the curtain by milan kundera!

well good books are hard to come by where i live, as no one around here likes reading. So I'm not currently reading anything, but the best ones i have read so far,

-all current Wheel of time series except the latest one published (Can't find it anywhere :(( )
-obsidian trilogy
-Incarceron
-sapphique---sequel to Incarceron.(really good two book series, can be a little confusing though if your not careful. sort of a sci-fi type book set in a medieval world. I know confusing, read BOTH books and you'll understand.)

Im into fantasy books, not anything with fairies or stuff like that though. hate that stuff. if any know any good fantasy series out there let me know :D
