All of this sounded interesting to him. It seemed that whatever payment she was offering didn’t seem to come from the Temple directly. Or so he thought that was the case. He couldn’t be sure until he heard it from Lym directly. But he wasn’t going to prod or be rude. He wanted to get some lessons from her and well he was going to work for her harder than she paid him for. He was indeed a hard worker when he applied himself. Lym would find that out soon enough. “I will arrive early in the morning or shortly after the sun rises and work up until there is no more to complete.” That was the truth he would work harder and longer than expected and he planned on learning as well while he was here. He knew he had tons to learn and refine as it came to medicine and herbalism skills, as well as philtering. Maybe if he learned enough he would eventually travel and do as much good as he possibly could. But for now he was going to stay here and do the rest of the work needed. He was happy that he would be learning all kinds of things here. He didn’t know what Lym had planned for his long term plans. But he knew that he would learn more than he could even begin to comprehend. He nodded and began cleaning up all the vials that she had directed him to. Anything that looked like an ongoing project he left alone. As far as everything else he put them in a bucket. He would wash them when he came in tomorrow; maybe even before she came in herself to the lab. But he knew that he would need to make an effort to be worth the five mizas a day. Just like Ildin he wasn’t sure what she saw in him; but he hoped unlike Ildin it would become clearer as time past. OOCOk I will turn this thread in now and add the appropriate amount of coin into my ledger.

In the future, you don’t have to post in my office to get threads graded that I modded myself. This time I forgot to do it right after we finished, but I’ll try to keep up next time. Also, please do at least one thread a season describing your job and show it to me at the end of the season so I can approve your payment and seasonal xp.
