Physical Description Akari possess the slender willowy frame of dancer and stands a fraction over 5'2" tall. Her features are delicate - dark almond shaped eyes and porcelain skin, framed by long black hair falling to her shoulder-blades. She is a perfect echo of the beauty of the Ishida family. Her expression is usually smooth and neutral, she will only smile when in good company, or when satisfied with her work. She is very elegant in both her movements and dress. She tries not to make any unnecessary movement, and when she walks her steps are light and graceful. She prefers to wear long dresses or skirts, and likes to avoid a cloak unless it is needed. Personality Akari is extremely polite and soft spoken, although she can be irritatingly stubborn at times. She treats everyone she meets with the utmost respect, and she always tries to reserve judgments on individuals till she is sure she has a clear picture of them. She isn't one to openly express her opinions, although she does voice them through her expressions - a raised eyebrow or a scathing glance isn't unusual. She has always felt that learning is the most important pursuit to have, but since learning of her Lhavitian past she has since taken up belief that duty is on equal parr.

History Akari was born in Lhavit to Hetan and Nene Ishida. Nene was an Aisha, an extremely gifted painter and Hetan was a Shinya. Akari possess little knowledge of both Lhavit and her father. When she was three years old Hetan was killed while on duty. He had sustained a serious injury along with some sort of poison. Her mother was stricken with grief and couldn’t bear to stay in the city without him. No more than four months later, she moved herself and her daughter across the world to Syliras. Little Akari had no idea what was going on, but she accepted it. Over time the man she recognized to be her father faded from her mind, along with the City of Stars. She grew up like any normal Syliran child would. She played in the streets, she made friends and she studied. As she got older, Akari would wonder what happened to her father, thoughshe never bought the subject up with her mother. She had tried it once and Nene had burst into tears and refused to speak to her daughter for two days. One day, when she was around 14 years old, Akari uncovered a sword while searching for something in her mother’s room. Confused, she showed it to Nene and demanded to know why she had it. Nene told her it was her fathers, and that it was a Tantõ Sword. Akari pressed her further and discovered who her father really was. She was angry at her mother for a while, but after she was shown an old journal she mellowed. Her father had written that he hoped for Akari to become a Shinya one day.The young girl decided to start training, even though she believed she would never see Lhavit. She had a Squire friend, and she asked him if she could borrow a sword, since her mother had taken the Tantõ back. He reluctantly agreed, and when Nene saw how dedicated she was, she decided to give her daughter the Tantõ. Despite training herself, even finding someone to teach her Projection, Akari knew that she needed to return to Lhavit. Her mother refused to accompany her, so the girl found her own way. She would join a trading group on their journey to Alvadas, and find her way from there. Akari will become a Shinya, and she will make her father proud.
