The entrance to the Dreaming Lady all but lost in the stone around her, but only the signs and a little extra time to explore led Risa to the doorway before her. Fala sat comfortably on her shoulder, and it was he who whistled to alert her of the third time she had past by the cavernous building and the sign above. The rumors of this building had grabbed her attention immediately, so much quicker than the building itself, but being here was a little underwhelming. It looked like a door, like any other.

Her hand hovered on the handle of the door, tension in her arm. Why am I nervous? Risa looked back toward the tunnels around her, the cliff faces and entrances overlooking the world. She was here to experience the world. Fala whistled her on confidently. "
We can do this," he seemed to say. Rise smiled and pushed the door open, quickly stepping inside.

The main foyer of the building was comfortably warm. There was moisture in the air, so refreshing from the dry atmosphere outside. Risa knew the water was there, but she could swear she felt it in the ground, the warm feeling of moving water before her again. The air was scented with perfume, like the bottles she had smelt as a child, taken from some port or the other. The place was so welcoming, enough to make her forget the lengths of stone below.

"
Hello?" I have no appointment, no plan. Risa reminded herself again. She hoped they'd be available. The lights gleaming from the room were so pretty, so almost wanted to just sit and admire them for a while, but Fala sang out. "I'm here for one of your dream sessions..." Risa called, her voice hesitant but not losing its singsong nature. She hoped the owners were in one of the other rooms around and listening as she took a few more steps in. "I was wondering if you had an opening?" Fala sang out another whistling tune, short and sweet. "And, perhaps a birdbath?""

[Dreaming Lady] Wake Up Call (Chemar)

Postby Chemar Tisserand on July 21st, 2011, 2:56 am

Gold rimmed eyes watched the young woman's every move from a seat along the wall. It was, for lack of a better word, Chemar's perch within the common room of the Dreaming Lady, a stone ledge lines with jewel toned pillows. It was a place she could relax within the room and still be somewhat discreet and out of sight. She had finished a dream walk not two bells ago and was taking a little time to clear her thoughts of the remnants of her client's dream.

"I'm afraid the bird bath is a no." Her voice lifted with humor as she smiled at the young woman, trying not to startle her with words from a person she clearly had not seen. "But if you wish a walk, I can certainly help you with that, and we will find a place of comfort for your companion." She let her legs swing to the floor and padded over to the young woman with her hand extended. "I'm Chemar Tisserand. I would be your guide." She offered a welcoming smile to the young woman, and glanced at her companion for a lingering moment. "Beautiful bird."

At that moment, Solas appeared from the entrance to the spa. She smiled at the girl, approaching to speak to the pair. "Good afternoon. Did I hear you are interested in a dream walk?" The warmth of personality that emanated from Solas was at least equal to the warmth in the Dreaming Lady, offering an instant ease to anyone who walked through the door. "Would it be possible for me to keep and eye on your companion during your walk? We've found that they sometimes grow anxious in response to the dreaming chambers, and the events that take place there. I could place him... or her in one of the cooling baths in the salon, and would remain until you come to reclaim him.. or her."

"Solas is brilliant company and an impeccable guardian, I can vouch for her." Chemar smiled between her manager and the guest, awaiting a response to the proposition.

Risa gasped out when she noticed the rich red of the girl flowing out of her hiding hole. "Oh! I didn't realize you were right there! Nice to meet you, Chemar," Risa said, giving a slight row of her head in greeting. "I am Risa Moontide. And this is Fala. He's beautiful indeed." She stroked his head feathers playfully, but she knew she was just stroking his ego at this point.

Risa smiled cheerfully at the new member of the group, but the soft light from the beads in Chemar's hair caught her attention with their smooth patterns and she had to force her eyes to continue to Solas. "
I am indeed interested in a dream walk. It seems quite the curiosity. I've no experience with anything like this!" She was a little excited, but at the same time more than a little afraid of the process. But Fala knew as well as she that she wouldn't be here if her own curiosity outmatched her fear.

Risa gently wrapped her hands around the bird, who merely kicked his webbed feet in response, She raised him towards her until the bird was looking straight into her eyes and whispered, "
Go with this nice lady, Fala. I'll be back soon." She then handed him towards Solas, unwrapping one hand so he could pull himself up onto her open hand. "He would love a bath!"

Once Fala was safely in the hands of Solas, Risa unclipped her cloak, setting her backpack and side bag into the center, working peacefully but quickly near the other two. She also undid her hair tie and several of her rings, slipping them into the second bag. She wrapped the cloak up quick, as though securing a knot, and looked up towards the women. The question on her lips was put aside for a second while she said, "
Is there any place to put my stuff?" Risa paused for a second but felt the words leave her mouth before she was ready to ask them. "How does this process work?"
