Most Horrible/Funny/Epic/Fail Deaths...

I got this idea, but I was thinking who can write the most horrible, funny, epic, or fail deaths?

So I decided to do a contest of sorts, simply if you have the thread of your character died submit it, if not you can write up a post of someone dieing, and lets see what we can get? I guess this is less of a contest, more just a chance to see some cool or uncool deaths. XD

The four different categories are

Most Horrible Death:

Most Epic Death:

Most Funny Death:

Most Fail Death:

If you can mix categorise cool!
