The Appeal True Form
Reheal; conflicted internally, his outer exterior clouds nothing reticent of a well-fit male specimen. Now appearing to resemble himself during his credulous age of Young adulthood, Reheal stands a projected six-two, and weighs approximately one-hundred and eighty-two pounds. Born naturally with almond, radiant amber eyes; the abhorrence that resides within his body is shrouded by the external splendor of his gaze. Both his facial and corporal complexion near sound, the young male has been given the admired labeling of eye-catching or handsome. Reheal’s silk dark tinted hair is short in length, usually fashioned low cut, with minor protrustions extending from atop, giving it a more exotic appearance.
To compensate for years of rigorous, strenuous training, Reheal had sculpted a physique that indeed matches brilliance. His pectorals are far from harrowing, and his abdomen area, finely chiseled. His biceps and triceps are built for combat, though not exceedingly bulky. Broad shoulders and yet a judicious build. Not obese, yet not emaciated; that would describe Reheal’s in general accumulative bulk. Along his right shoulder blade, and lower left thigh a rather daunting scars from his past battles , symbolizing though he has achieved great power, he has quite the way to go, some even concur that he uses those very wounds as stimulus to become stronger.
Speaking of complexion, the Kelvic’s skin is near flawless as he expresses no blemishes on his face or on any visible region of his body. His skin tone is of lightly tanned, not to the point of typical darkness, but also not too pale, his appeal is considered that of bordering in the middle. Expressing the typical traveling Attire, Reheal attempts to not stand out as much, for reasons unknown. Some argue that it’s because he doesn't want to be a sight of Uniqueness which leads to being irradiated or bothered; which is quite the contradiction as he is in essence, uniquely different from most of the Kelvics.
Some distinctive features that speak greatly towards his foreign, Kelvic roots of the lion, a darkened coloration of his skin tone encircles the area around his eyes, sliming as they obtrude towards the side of his face until finally vanishing in a pointed edge. Upon looking into his eyes for a protracted period of time, one will notice the invariable alternation between a humanoid appeal, and a more feline, animalistic mannerism. Reheal also boasts retractable fangs, regardless of his transformed state or not.
Conception
“The fox provides for himself, but God provides for the lion.”
Rehael above whatever his appearance may speak to is an animal. A creature who’s origins derive from neither his bestial or human ancestry, an accumulation of traits, features, and collected ideals and morals have shaped the young Kelvic. Raised as a single child, continually in danger of life being snatched from his frame, one most inspire to be what they truly are, and call upon the essentials he holds to truly conquer, adapt, and ultimately—Survive.
"A lion's work hours are only when he's hungry; once he's satisfied, the predator and prey live peacefully together."
Akin to his animal familiar, Raheal holds quite the astute and calculated personality favorable for any true predator. Detached from most save for his ‘Normal’ the Kelvic regards any as a potential meal. Due to a life immersed in neglect and desertion, the sentiment of affection and consideration do not linger in his mentality. Such a craving is only amplified in the midst of hunger; anyone could possibly be the next victim. Tying into his successions, it goes without saying the male is quite the instinctive individual; relying more so on intuition then logic to accomplish the task, Raheal acts on impulse and what he feels is right.
Used as a mechanism of sorts to guarantee self assurance and distance heartache, Raheal is an extremely blunt and stolid individual. Caring not for others feelings when dictating the truth, he’s a firm advocate of honestly over consideration. Sugarcoating a situation will not make it any better and as such, following suit to the poke-faced persons he was raised around, the Kelvic has developed a somewhat confusable trait. Nonetheless as explained, its only a facade, and secretly, he's a kind soul beneath the build and hype. Once his trust is acquired or earned, a more nurturing, protective Raheal will manifest.
A strong aggregation between the dire urge to find 'affection' from a sole other, as well as the defensive and shielding characteristics of his lion origins, Raheal needless to say is an exceedingly powerful guardian. While in his presence, those he cherishes, namely his 'Normal' will find no pain or disrespect from another so long as he can prevent such an action. Either using his bare hands to silence the opposition, or simply using dialogue to ease the mind, the Kelvic will do whatever it takes to preserve the lfie of his Normal-- even if the compensation for such a feat is his own life.
Reminiscence
Suberth; Spring- such a pernicious, and gorgeous time of the year. A beautiful phenomenon that transcends comprehension, and more importantly, time itself. An event that existed long before the era of man, and will continue to move in sequence after its timely demise in the future. Soft showers falling from the heavens, gracing the planet with an unanticipated realism through each tear that plunged towards the soil. Hidden behind the clouds, only to emerge once it sought credence, the sun motioned with a indolent stroll, only to repeat its succession the following day. How beauteous-- such an attractive sight to the eye. Nonetheless, Sring also produced another beautiful phenomenon. A young man-- or only in appearance, at least.
A small family, deprived of adequate pay and food to feed themselves soon found, on one spring evening within Sunberth that their household would add another concomitant. Left on their doorstep, garbed in nothing but a cloth to conceal his royalties, a infant boy, hair a deep black with eyes a lambent hazel whimpered in confusion. Realistically, they couldn't afford something so necessitous, nonetheless contrasting the bulk of the citizen the city housed, compassion lingered in their hearts, and as such the elderly couple accepted the responsibility of the child. Though origins of his birth were unknown a name would replace the void and soon he would take on the title of Oussea Raheal.
A year would pass, and something transpired that alerted the family. This child-- Raheal, he aged at such a rate, that by time he chronologically hit the age of one, his body resembled that of a toddler- someone well into their forth year of life. Coupled with such an aged advancement, his intelligence and mannerism were primal. A hunting aspiration clouded the boy's mind, probing the thirst of competition and the main construct of the animal kingdom to centralize his thought process-- survival of the fittest. Numerously over the course of his life, Raheal knew he was different, and not by hair coloration or eyes. Nothing that simplistic-- he was of another stature. He could transform into a Lion. First a small cub, and eventually into a child lion.
They couldn't handle it-- his appetite, his aggression when altered into his true form, and lastly, the recognition of what they housed. Forced to make a pugnacious decision, the family abandoned the boy, selling him for nothing more then a profit and the hopes of never seeing him again. That moment would spawn his Raheal's hatred for men. Now a slave, he was forced to grow up even faster then his accelerated aging. Constantly placed under high expectations in competitive battles, the Kelvic found himself an attraction of sort. As if his life was nothing more then a stage performer for others to spectate and critique.
During his three years enslaved, Raheal fortunately had those who cared for him-- namely an individual who went by the name of Alahair, a former Mage who trained him in the art of the mystical ways of the Flux. Another who took a more mentor-esque approach, a much older individual by the name of Aberdon. The two spent a number of hours honing their physical prowess, and in return, greatly provoked the animal within. As a slave, at least he could live as what he truly was-- a beast. A lion, a predator. Restrained for others to mock and soil, Raheal only required one thing from the world-- one thing from Mizahar; Freedom.
Nonetheless, be it the will of the gods, or sheer fate, the Kelvic's dreams were realized. Upon his fifth year of existence, Raheal was freed for reasons unknown. Nonetheless, the end needn't be justified. He had what he wanted, and fortuitously, so was Aberdon. Now residing within Sunberth as a temporary home until he returned to his true home, Raheal required the assistance of few, and protected none. How would he survive in such a cruel environment? Well, the answer was simple; be what he was-- a Predator.
