PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Reshimi stands at five foot, ten inches. A healthy majority of her weight (170 pounds when full) is lean muscle and, in good times, water. This water actually causes her stomach to distend, a trait she looks upon favorably. Like her people, she is a very deep bronze-colored woman with dark eyes and dark hair. Her hair is curly and she pulls it back most days. In addition to the beads and feathers scattered through her hair in decoration for her standing as a single female Abaya family member, Reshimi often paints her body with thick black ink, most noticeably around the eyes. As a child, she enjoyed her people's Lore and, almost secretly, acted out the history with her sister Silvishah and best friend Vellupa. It was early on when she was approached by the elders during that season when the Chaktawe joined forces in celebration and communal living. They offered her an honor she could not resist: be granted the priveledges of her bloodline, to memorize and retell her people's Lore. Over joyed, she agreed, and her mother became her mentor. The woman traveled with her mother and father for a large majority of her childhood. She passed through her searching with ease, gaining a guardian and confusing prophecy. When she reached a reasonable marrying age, the excuses began; her parents wanted her safe and protected like her other siblings, while she wanted nothing to do with motherhood and familial responsibilities. Reshimi claimed that the Lore study, in addition to living in the dunes, was too taxing. She needed her focus. They reluctantly backed away and would only dredge up marriage on occasion. The most defining moment in her life came when her father was murdered suddenly, leaving her mother and herself in the hands of her elder brother, Nashish, who she grew to hate and blame. IN GAME
