After returning to town and selling all the wolf pups she had no time to train, Aello headed into the Silver Silver, looking for something strong to drink. Something to wash the memories away... It had felt so good to her to take advantage of such a weak being, earlier in the day, and yet, she was sickened by the amount of blood she now found on her cursed dagger, the amount of blood she could never seem to scrub out of her hands.
Yune rested on the girl's left shoulder, as her quiver seemed to sink into the center of her back. Her bag rested to the right of her quiver, and her bow was being held tightly by her left hand. As the door to the tavern swung shut behind her, Aello glanced around the tavern, looking for an empty seat. Why is it that there never seems to be one? the girl wondered, as her eyes finally settled on the counter. Aello's eyes narrowed, the one holding the wolf pup looks familiar, now doesn't he? Aello thought, as her lips curled into an evil grin. Perhaps he would like us to finish him off after all, Aello thought, as she stared another moment, as a muddied red mist intermixed with a bright lemon yellow came into view. It was hovering around Karc like moths around a flame.
As she took the time to notice it, Aello's smile widened. So some of the fear we instilled earlier still lingers... good, very good, that will simply help us to reach the end. Or rather, it will simply help his end... Aello's mind was silent for a moment, and the darkened reds. So much anger for such a weak man. Such a pathetic mind. There was a slight pause, perhaps it exists solely because he was defeated by a girl and her sparrow. Because we stole what he considers to have been his. Aello shook her head lightly, several strands of long brown hair falling into her face before being whisked away. She placed her right hand on her hip, and simply stared. Boys, will they ever learn? Aello wondered as she closed her eyes for a moment, and allowed the auras to fade away.
Aello's heart began to beat a little faster in her tiny rib cage, and a slender line of red made its way into her eyes, as she strode over to Karc. When she reached him, she lifted her right hand off her hip, and placed it on his left shoulder. She curled his fingers into his flesh, giving him a squeeze, trying to instill more fear in him, even though her words seemed so sickly sweet. Even though the smile on her face seemed almost real...
"Well hello Karc, fancy meeting you here," Aello began, as she dug her nails a little deeper. "It has been so long since we last saw each other," she added, before leaning in a little closer. "And we still have so much unfinished business. So much catching up to do." Aello dug her nails a little deeper, her voice was losing its cheery edge, and growing slightly more menacing, although she kept her smile. "So what do you say we go outside, and clear everything up?" she asked, as she dug her nails into his flesh even harder on the last few words, and pulled her body back, waiting for a response.
OOCPM me if you don't like this post and I can edit. When she takes you outside, she will try to kill you, just like she promised earlier in the day. And I can make it quick or drag it out, depending on your preference |
