Without a word Ven took the pillow and placed it within a corner, settling it down to where it would be plushy under his body. He felt sure that his arm had healed enough, so he took off the bandage to inspect. It began to heal nicely, so he decided it would be fine to revert. Before he did he slid off his shirt and folded it, placing it next to his pack. His shoes were there as well, he decided to go ahead and keep his pants on until he changed, so he stood silently in front of his things. Without a word or sound his body shrank, morphing back into the form of the fox. It felt nice to once again be an animal, his spirit felt more comfortable when normal.
He heard Vala shift a bit and froze, seeing that she only changed to a different position for comfort he relaxed a bit. What she said was indeed cold to him, but she didn't wish him to leave. He honestly didn't know what to think or expect with her, the way she ate during supper was monstrous...but she still had that sense of decency about her. All in all she was the most confusing human to Ven, and if all Inartan's were this way then surely he would have a hard time fitting in. With his pack next to his pillow and his clothes next to the pack, he was quietly in his new bed. It's not the same as master....but it will do. He thought to himself as he sniffed a sigh. He started to build his mind fence for the night, then curled up to a comfy position, and fell into the sleep his mind had asked for after such a long horrific day in a new life.
