Telos Ne'jed Physical Information : Race: Charoda Birthday & Age: Season of Winter, Day 1, 493 AV (17 years old) Gender: male Physical Description : Telos stand 5'10" and weighs about 145 pounds. His skin is a light blue and his eyes an even lighter blue. He wears a dark blue loincloth and various other trinkets he's collected (such as the pearl necklace around his neck). When he's expecting danger he dons his beautiful, multi-colored shell armor. He is lean yet muscular, obviously a very strong swimmer (even for a Charoda). His face is kind and friendly, which matches his personality. Character Concept : Personality: Like all Charoda, Telos is very friendly. He is extremely easy to get along with, and very charming. He's also very curious; scavenging is like an obsession to him. Ethics: Telos would never kill someone except in self-defense. He's honest and wouldn't steal unless it was unavoidable, or he thought it was justifiable. However he is slightly mischievous and might participate in a good, harmless practical joke. Likes: Scavenging, music, coral manipulation, seahorse-racing, freedom, adventure, exploration Dislikes: Violence, death, suffering Friends & Family : Lelanna has laid eggs five times, once before Telos was born and three times after he was born. The first time ten eggs hatched (five boys, two of which died on the expedition, and five girls, one of which died on the expedition), the second time seven (of which Telos was the only boy), the third time six (four boys and two girls), the fourth ten (five boys and five girls), and the fifth five (four boys and one girl). In other words, Telos has thirty-four siblings--sixteen brothers and eighteen sisters! Character History : Pre-Creation History: Telos was born to an odd couple, even by Charoda standards. His father, Ruulan Nessa, was completely obsesses with Myrians. He knew every aspect of their culture inside out, he owned a Myrian spear (which he had stolen, almost costing him his life), and he had made several attempts to make peaceful contact with them (all of which ended in him almost being killed). His mother, on the other hand, was a bit less eccentric. Lelanna Jedira was an artist; an avid musician, singer, dancer, and coral manipulator. She loved Ruulan with all her heart and tried to be supportive of his obsession with the Myrians but honestly couldn't see why someone would devote their life to studying such a violent culture. She was pleased when Telos and several of his siblings took after her but always feared for any of her children who took after their father, for his was a dangerous line of work. One day, when Telos was only ten, his father and three of his oldest siblings launched an expedition to Myrian territory. It was their intention to make peace with the Myrians once and for all. Of course it was an expedition doomed to fail and, though Lelanna and her other children begged them not to go, they did anyway. And, of course, they were never heard from again. After a period of mourning Telos and the rest of the family simply moved on. When Telos was fifteen his formal education ended and he set out on his own, exploring and scavenging as a way of life. Seahorse Riding starting package 10 Not only is seahorse riding his primary method of transportation, but the skill also comes in handy when he races seahorses, one of his favorite pastimes. Shortspear starting package 10 He fashioned himself a shortspear and begun practicing with it as soon as he set out into the world on his own. There are dangerous creatures lurking in the sea and one can never be too careful.
