Shari of The Poisoned Arrow Basic Information Shari is a female Myrian who calls Taloba home. She was born on the 5th day of Spring in the year 486 AV. She is currently 23 years old and belongs to The Poisoned Arrow clan. Physical Description Shari's deeply tanned, muscular body remains feminine, almost tricking many eyes into failing to realize her strength immediately. She stands a bit over 6'0" tall and weighs close to 180 pounds simply due to her muscle. Her flowing black hair has several strands of braids and the midnight shade compliments her complexion nicely. Her eyes are pure acorn brown and can transform from seductive to piercing depending on how the light plays across her face. Character Concept Benefiting from her gender, Shari has always maintained a self-confidence that is only natural for female Myrians. She was brought up being told how many opportunities presented themselves before her but her mother also instilled a bit of modesty in her character. Shari knows she's more powerful than the average man and she understands that her's is the more powerful gender, but she is not above showing the respect other male Myrians deserve. She put race above gender in importance and accepted her role as a superior female. Her goals are aligned with those of all Myrians. Their race is designed to prosper and Shari is determined to do her part. Her goals are lofty, but not designed for personal gain. Though other races, especially males, may take her attitude to be offensive or arrogant, it is her true goal to be selflessly bound to the benefit of the Myrian race. Because of this, she prays to Myri and Kihala constantly while never neglecting the other deities who guide her way. Character History Raised in Taloba, the Myrian culture is all that Shari is truly familiar with. She understands the Myrian culture and her knowledge of the environment surrounding her home city is on par with the expectations of their race. The concept of seeing other parts of the lands has always been in the back of Shari's mind as the only way to completely dominate is to expand into other lands, but the thought has only recently found it's way to the front of the beautiful Myrian's mind after her mother passed away. Never knowing her father and following the Myrian lifestyle, Shari's mother was always the one who she looked up to. Though her mother never showered her with affection, she did take care of Shari and her younger sister. However, when Shari was 12 years old, her 7 year old sister disappeared in the middle of the night. The rumors that were circulated all pointed to the young girl leaving the city when no body or trace was discovered. Even though Shari was only 8 at the time, she has never felt that her sister ran away or wandered off. Instead, Shari believes that her sister was taken but has no proof or any other justification aside from her feelings. In spring of the year 509 AV, her mother bought a small home in Taloba and told Shari it was simply to "own" part of the city. Shari trusted her mother, and certainly never questioned the woman, so she shrugged it off as nothing that seemed out of the ordinary. Shortly after the cottage was in her possession, her mother told Shari that she was going on a mission trip away from the city. That night she left without explaining herself further and during winter of the year 509 AV word came to Shari that her mother had died. Upon thinking about it, Shari could not figure out if the "mission" she went on had a specific task behind it or if she was referring to spending time alone with Myri. Regardless, she was left only with the house in Taloba. Unsure of her next steps in life, Shari only knows that she will stop at nothing to attain the goals she has always been guided towards concerning the expansion and empowerment of the Myrian people. The questions about her mother and sister will always linger, but Shari has decided to get a new footing in Taloba and will not let anything block any path she chooses.
