Need help adding stuff to my CS

So I was looking around at people's CS and I really want to know how you are able to add backgrounds to my post and add scrolls and that stuff. I know how to use the codes for like images and stuff, but I have no idea how to add backgrounds.

For a background you use the framepic code.
[framepic=URL HERE] then your post, another frame or whatever [/framepic]
The URL is a link to the image you want.
