Physical Description
Anjalena, being an Ivaski Kelvic, has two forms. In her Ivaski form, she is a large canine, wolfish in appearance. Her eyes are a shimmering golden yellow, and her coat is the pure white that accompanies all Ivaski. She weighs approximately 140 lbs, and stands at the common 3'11" tall. There is a small amount of webbing between her toes, making her an avid swimmer.
In human form, Anjalena stands nearly 5'5", and weighs about 120 lbs. She has a toned body and slender frame, with long light blonde hair that accents her golden eyes. Her ivory teeth resemble a more downplayed version of her Ivaski form.
Personality -
Anjalena is a strong-willed, curious young woman on a quest to find out what her parents were never around to teach her. She has learned almost everything she knows on her own by asking questions. In doing so, she has developed an outgoing, effervescent personality, and lost her shyness along the way. Despite being so extroverted, she has maintained her ability to sense danger.
In addition to being gregarious, Anjalena has a sound sense of bravery. She is certain she understands the difference between right and wrong, and will often be the first to jump to someone's defense if she sees they are being dealt harm.
She tries not to let her past affect the person she knows she has the ability to become. And even though the discrimination and awkward side-glances may get tiring, she never lets it get her down for long.
Character History - WIP
Born out near the city of Nyka, Anjalena was abandoned as a child, forced to scavenge for food. Eventually, she learned to live and hunt by watching wolves and wolf Kelvics from afar. It was from these observations she determined she was a wolf Kelvic.
She ventured out to Zeltiva, where she encountered people who taught her the morals of humans and other beings (particularly that one should not roam around naked). There were a few kind beings who would answer her curious questions (and donated a bit of clothing), and point her in the right direction, but she also encountered cruelty. Despite her hardships, she was always eager to learn something new, and always spent her time seeking out knowledge.
One dimly lit morning, as she approached her third year of age, Anjalena was out hunting for an evening meal when she heard a voice call out, "Ivaski!"
Startled, she turned about, losing her prey, to find a young man and his companion pointing out to her, shouting in surprise. Frightened, she ran for cover, and laid dormant for nearly a full day before she transformed and entered the city once more. An elderly human woman informed her of the Konti Isles, and the Opal Temple. She told her about the Ivaski, a species of massive canines bred and dedicated to protecting members of the Opal Order.
The connection clicked with Anjalena, and she continued to ask questions until she found that, on rare occasions, Ivaski Kelvic could be born from their Kelvic parents, no matter what their parents were. She made up her mind to venture to Mura, and seek out the Opal Temple, hoping to find more answers.
