Vidick Uldr's loyal servent Basic Information Race: Mixed Blood - Human/Isur Birthday & Age - The 21st of Fall, 486 AV; 25 years old Height - 5'5" Gender - Male Physical Description - A first glance at Vidick might give you a different idea of his actual physical capabilites. Having a history of leeching, Vidick has developed a frail and slightly sickly appearence. You would think he would be very weak but being half Isurian his skin and bones are denser than the average humans. Also he has natural lean muscles so even though he is frail looking he actually has a decent amount of muscle. He also isn't the tallest person considering his Isurian heritage and is slightly below average height compared to the average human. Vidick also has very pale skin with a very slight bluish tint to it which adds to his sickly appearence. He usually doesn't smell the best as he is around dead bodies a pretty decent amount. The color of Vidick's hair is dark but is fading with a slight bluish tint to it aswell. It us usually a little unruly and hangs down to the bottom of his neck. His eyes are amber colored, but stick out more than normal amber eyes would as they clash with his unusual complexion giving a darker look to him. For facial hair he has a braided mustache that hangs down a few inches past his chin. He also has light stubble on the chin itself. Vidick looks older than he actually appears. He is twenty-five years of age though since he is half Isurian he ages slightly slower than the average human. Another side effect of leeching has developed slight wrinkles on his face which make him look at least ten years older. Vidick's usual clothes of choice will be a robe that is opened up till about halfway down his chest and maybe some light armor. Character Concept - Vidick has a very curropted and twisted mind. When you first meet him you can tell that he isn't quite right in the head. Ever since he was very young he had been raised to be a cold-hearted killer that shows barely any mercy, unless converting someone to serving Uldr of course. He is prepared to do many things to convert someone to serving Uldr, and of course if in the end they don't comply he can always give them a slow and painful death since he has been tought these things and has been practicing them for a long time. He is also fiercly loyal to the god Uldr which he serves and will execute any order he is given loyaly as the world of Uldr is law to him. He has heard of the horrible things Uldr does to servents who even think about disobeying him.Vidick has been around many undead and corpses throughout his life which has developed a very sick side to him Unlike most males he does not find living things that attractive. In his eyes beautiful things are either dead, rotting, or decaying. For example while most might see a nuit with a woman's body as grotesque or disgusting he would see them as a wonderous sight. Another thing Vidick has developed is that he is also attracted to the smell that dead and decaying things produce while also finding things such as the smell of flowers very disturbing. He sees living creatures as greatly inferior to the undead and see them only as possible future undead servents or fuel for their desires. Sometimes after Vidick has killed someone he might let them rot around in his home for awhile just to feel the pure ecstasy. In his mind the ideal world is a world that is only populated by the undead. Another addition to this disturbing personality is that he has developed a slight addiction to being around a freshly killed body.To an extent he also has an interest in ghosts, though not nearly as much as the undead. Character History - It was a dark day when Vidick was born. His parents didn't think much of it but it was very cloudy and there was a strong storm. His parents were an unusual couple, his father being human while his mother was isurian. To them even with the storm it was a perfect day even though there was a horrible storm as they now had their son. Though things didn't stay happy and cheerful for to long. Not even a week after Vidick was born their house was raided. These thieves were after something, thought it wasn't money or other valuables. They were there for the newly born child actually. This human couple were servents to Uldr. They had an easier idea to convert someone which was to raise them as a servent already. The woman was barren so they could not make a child of their own so why not kill a happy couple and take the baby for themselves? The new couple whom Vidick would know as his parents then carried him off to their own home and began raising him. Vidick never did know his original name, as they new couple saw it upon themselves to give him a name they saw fit. As for his parents? After they were never seen or heard of by anyone again, most of the people that knew them figured wherever they were they had their son with them. For most of his life Vidick would not know much compassion. Ever since he could remember he was taught how to fight, kill, and worship the wonderful god Uldr. Uldr's ideals were brainwashed into him from whenever he could fist begin thinking by his parents so eventually those ideals became his ideals. Because of the way he was raised, Vidick did not know how to show much kindness or compassion. Sometimes his parents would give him rewards and show some sympethy but not much. Though he did not mind that much. This was the way he grew up so it was what he was used to. Afterall, the only friend he really needed was Uldr himself. Though he saw Uldr as his only friend, he also hated him as that was the way he was raised to be. He learned that it is just as important to hate Uldr as it is to worship him, though it was kind of difficult. Things were pretty much the same for Vidick until he got into his mid-teens. Once he became of age his parents seemed fit that they joined him in recruting new members to serve Uldr. He had been learning simple ways to make people want to serve Uldr for awhile. The funnest way seemed to be making someone's life miserable into joining Uldr's forces seemed like a blessing. This confused Vidick as he didn't see why more people wanted to join him in the first place but he didn't argue. His father was also a very good hypnotist so he would sometimes control them into doing it instead. Every once in awhile they would get lucky and actually find someone who would want to come willingly. Vidick always liked meeting a psycopath he liked the way Uldr did things. He did not get many chances to actually see the god he spent so much time worshiping but when he did it would always be engraved into Vidick's mind as some of the greatest and sometimes scariest days of his life. Another responsibility that Vidick has was the art of magic. Both of his parents knew some magical arts, though one of them isn't thought very highly of in normal society. The first form of magic he would learn is the dark art of leeching. Vidick will always remember the day he was initiated into this. His father, after some preperation, had drained him of almost all of his djed to the point that he could do almost nothing. After a few agonizing minutes he learned how to absorb djed back. This didn't take very long but it was a very painful experience and Vidick himself was useless for days afterwards, just wishing the experience would end. The next form of magic he learned was the art of projection. Another wizard had to be brought to teach this as his parents weren't skilled enough to actually teach it yet. Vidick can remember when his astral body was slowly pulled away from him by the wizard whom he never learned the name of. Soon after though once his atral body was completely taken out and put back into place he had understood the ways of projection, after some practice at least. The last form of magic that Vidick was taught was morphing. This was probably the hardest branch of magic that he learned. Unlike the other forms of magic, this one required constant meditation and concentration for weeks. Over the meditation he learned to seperate his mind from the idea that his current physical body was the only one he could posses. The thoughts of Uldr giving him a new form once be became an undead also helped in the process. After he grasped the idea of morphing he learned a signature morph which he would use sort of as a signature move. Vidick had learned to morph his arm into a tentacle of sorts, which was slender but longer than his normal arm and put his fingers together in a circular motion making his fingernails look similar to a claw. For now Vidick was done learning new magic, though he still practicted the magic he had already learned. By his late teens the only one's that Vidick could see himself trusting were Uldr himself and the Undead. He had been around his parents for a long time but they still hadn't become undead. In his mind they were just hopeless now and were just going to hold him back so he abandoned them. Vidick had been most of his life in Alvadas, but now he will travel to odd places to find more people that he can recruit in the name of Uldr Training Skills
