55th, Summer 511 AV Endrykas is a city you either hate or love. The almost never ending sea of tents and pavilions could be considered a refugee to some. But to the proud people of the Endrykas it was the opposite. It was their home, a moving city that welcomed anyone that were ready to respect it's customs, traditions and laws. Delvan sat atop on Firemane, riding through the small passageways created by the space between the tents and Pavilions. The sun was shining with no clouds in sight, the high grass softly moved with the wind passing through, on top of a tent was a bird who's song could not be described as a simple tweet. Yes, it looked like this was gonna be a good day. Sheina's early excitement had come to an end. She was used to the people going about their business, working, socializing, living their lives. She stayed close to Delvan and Firemane like always, she knew better than to stray from her master. Delvan wasn't sure where to go. The place he had lived for so long was now like somewhere he never had been before. This new freedom he were taught to long for was nothing more than overrated. It felt like he had been thrown into the sea to fend for himself. He could always go back to his father, but that would mean his quest to find a life of his own had all but failed. The passageways where getting wider, almost as if they made way for him. Delvan stroked the sides of Firemane to signal him to stop. Firemane snorted annoyingly and came to a halt. Delvan decided to scout further for a place to go. Maybe he would find an Ankal who is in need of a hunter, or maybe a starving merchant out of money. That would atleast keep him a little busy for a day or two. |
