Here are some of the terms and conditions for entering the Colosseum Tournament. These are to be understood and known. Please PM me or post here with with any questions you might have.

As said before, after the Tournament Sign Up has been closed on the 12th I will be announcing teams. From there I will be announcing the first round of matches. Surprises await us all! Oh, and I forget the most important rule: Have FUN!

The teams have been chosen! As you can see 'Pending' has been written by everybody's name. You must confirm that you are coming to the event before the Tournament starts by posting once more in the Sign up thread. If you fail to do so your name will be removed from the list and your team will fight without you. You dont want to have wasted 10 GM AND let down your other team mates, do you? The pressure is on!

Once you have confirmed that you are coming the "Pending" will be replaced with an "OK".

Here is how the Tournament is going to go:

The first two matches are going to consist of:

Team Shale v. Team Ulric

&

Team Keido v. Team Miro

Now who fights who?

That is a good question. When I post the threads starting the Tournament they are going to look like this:

[Alvadas Event] Team Shale V. Team Ulric (Match 1)

Then the first two people to respond to the thread (on each respective team) are the first two people to fight. So lets say Ulric posts first. That means Ulric has stepped up for that match meaning the thread is now closed to anyone on team Ulric. Then a member from Team Shale posts and whoever that is will be the person Ulric is fighting.

After that first thread is closed to both Team Shale and Team Ulric the fight will begin and I will post another thread:

[Alvadas Event] Team Shale V. Team Ulric (Match 2)

Then two more people from the named teams post, and the fight begins. If you have already fought in match one you cannot post again in match 2 or 3. Everyone gets a turn to fight.

Then Ill post:

[Alvadas Event] Team Shale V. Team Ulric (Match 3)

And the last two people who have not posted for this event will fight one another. Again you cannot fight in match 3 if you have fought in matches 1 or 2. Everyone gets a turn.

For Team Keido and Team Miro the same thing will happen with you guys.

Remember this is not a death match, and your team must win 2 out of the 3 matches to advance

just a question - will this be T1 style of forum combat?

If I knew what T1 was I could answer that, but most likely no. Its Mizahars own fighting style with its own set of Rules governing combat and that is what I would like to stick to.

T1 is basically turn-based, descriptive, and uses logic. T2 is speed posting! skimming over that, it's basically T1 -- which is cool, since speed posting sucks <_<;

Yeah if you had to classify it outside Mizahars terms then, from your description of T1, it would be.

Update:

I posted a tournament schedule in the second post so everyone can plan around the tournament. I also started the first rounds of the tournament:

Team Shale V. Team Ulric

Team Keido V. Team Miro

The first matches have been announced. If no one posts in these in three days I will choose for you guys who is fighting who and that is how it will go. Please have fun, and if you have any questions post them here. Remember the matches are 1x1

Both of the second matches for each teams have been announced! Common people, will anyone not fight Miro in Team Keido? He is patiently waiting.

As for the other match, Team Shale V Team Ulric, I just announced it so my apologies for it being so late, and have a blast.
