Tain’s Studio is located on the Zintia Peak, though unlike most shops and businesses, it is not set near to the Plaza. Instead, the Studio is placed near to the edge of the Peak. It was built here to give the people working inside fantastic, endless views over the other Peaks and the rest of the region. The walls of the building are made entirely of skyglass to allow not only for the views, but to allow the best light to enter all parts of the building for those working inside. It is two stories tall, but the upper level is smaller than the lower. Tain lives on the upper level, and the studios are in the lower part.
The Studio primarily creates paintings and pottery, with the odd stone or wood sculpture. The main part of the building is for painting, drawing, and any sculpting. There is a side studio with a kiln and pottery wheels for pottery work. Tain is technically not the employer of the artists that work in the Studio. He receives requests and commissions, and then hands them to the person he believes is most suited to produce the desired piece.
One wanting to paint or sculpt in the Studio need only seek out either Tain or Nat to enquire. Nat is most likely to be found in the painting studio, and Tain in the sculpting area. The door is always open to let people in, be they budding artists or just curious citizens. Those with their own materials are welcome to use the space and equipment free of cost; those without materials who wish to make something will be supplied with tools free of charge while at the Studio, but they must pay for any consumable materials, such as paint or clay, that they use.

Tain is a reserved but friendly person, and is something of a perfectionist; he tends to hover over potters and watch them with a keen eye.

She also loves to collaborate with the other painters to create joint works of art.

Aoife Raylene
Name: Aoife Raylene
Race: Human
Birthdate: 492 AV
Birthplace: Lhavit
Occupation: Sculptor and carver at Tain's Studio
Gnosis: 1 mark of Kihala (Vitalization level 1)
Skills: Carving - 75, Drawing - 15, Gardening - 64, Pottery - 28, Salvage - 45, Singing - 32, Sculpting - 78, Painting - 25
Languages: Common (Fluent)
Aoife is a bright, cheerful, and bubbly young woman. She has somewhat messy black hair, warm skin, and dark eyes. She dresses eccentrically, always trying bold mixes of bright colours and patterns, and loves dramatic, gaudy jewelry. She works as a carver and sculptor at Tain's Studio, often singing while she works and encouraging other artists to join her. She has no qualms with offering others advice, even unsolicited, but it's always meant well. She can be what some might call slightly annoying, but her warmth and happiness are infectious, and her sweet personality wins just about everyone over.
Somewhat impatient and not very inclined towards math or visualization, Aoife is not particularly good at drawing or planning her creations in advance, and tends to just throw herself at her materials and do what feels right. This sometimes results in quite a few failed pieces, which annoys Nat mildly as she feels it's a waste of materials, but it also results in some truly stunning works of art, which in Nat's mind, makes up for the mild annoyance.
However, Aoife also hates waste. She's a lover of life and nature and recycles her materials from her failed projects as best as she can, and often goes salvaging for junk that she can use as materials or turn into art. She also has a bit of a green thumb, and has taken to cultivating a small garden out front of the studio.

Available Jobs
There are no prerequisites to working at Tain's Studio aside from the listed skill requirements. Tain himself does not give jobs to his creative workers; rather, he gets requests and commissions from various Lhavit citizens for art pieces, and passes them along to the artists accordingly.
Job | Wages | Required Skills | Description |
Artist | 4 Ki/day | Drawing - 5+ OR Painting - 5+ | Artists create pictures using their preferred method and medium; both drawings and paintings have their own unique charm and attractiveness, allowing for artists to be assigned jobs that suit their style. |

Model | 2 Ki/day | Acting - 5+ OR Modeling - 5+ | Models pose for artists and painters for sometimes hours at a time, often nude and/or in uncomfortable positions; it takes a great deal of self-control to keep oneself in the 'role' of model and to stay still. |
Potter | 5 Ki/day | Painting - 5+, Pottery - 5+ | Potters craft all sorts of things from clay, some useful and some mere decoration, using their hands, tools, and pottery wheels. Once fired, they then usually paint the piece before glazing it. |
Sculptor | 5 Ki/day | Sculpting - 5+ | Sculptors are not all that high in demand, but the occasional request for a sculpture does come through. Sculptors use various tools to create sculptures from clay, stone, or sometimes wood. |
