...wait a minute. You reversed the cycle of migration? Used to be Endrykas was near Riverfall in the Fall, which is what several of us have been playing. Is there a reason we're retconning this and making all my threads for this season... not workable?

Carry on your threads as is since you did not know of this. This was merely a lore correction, not a change on my part. The lore was supposed to read clockwise instead of counterclockwise and I have now corrected it after consultation with Goss to avoid such future confusion.

Yes, between the clockwise and counterclockwise thing. When people asked me where Endryas was, I told them according to the clockwise path which I have been told was how it was supposed to travel. With the lore contradicting it, there was confusion, so I tweaked the lore to reflect the way it actually goes. So not so much mass confusion but there was between a few players.

But it's been counter-clockwise since I've been playing there for more than a year. Why aren't we just going with the established lore? I'm sorry. Not trying to be argumentative, but I don't see how that makes a retcon change necessary. Per the established lore, we have been playing and making plans for a while so that... makes it messy.

I completely understand, it does make things rather complicated, and because so do not consider it in effect until next season. The reason for the change is simple. After talking with Gossamer about how exactly the movement of Endrykas worked, it came up that it was actually supposed to be clockwise all along as Endrykas is supposed to stay in the same warm temperature year around and that is this way about doing it that makes the most sense, and it was something that had been changed and went unnoticed until recently is how I take it. Perhaps we can work something out, and I will consult more on this as I know this affects a lot.
