If There Aint Pics... It Didn't Happen
Hopefully I can display these without reloading them onto Miz. It seems like too much effort. (Update: I had to upload them). Anyhow, the Tractor Supply grand opening went well. It's in Chehalis, Wa in case your wondering. And its still going on today. The club is back today because the TS people got such neat compliments about us they asked us to return for day two! Whee. My best bee buddy Rob got to sell some honey as well. And there's candles, hand lotion, lip balm and honeysticks all from the club folks. And we talked to a lot of people (especially kids!) about honeybees. I'll go down there a while today too. I can't resist. It's bee stuff. Plus i need more deck stain at the Home Depot close by. We're refinishing our massive deck.
My best bee buddy Rob with the observation hive.
Another club friend. Gordon looks like a hillbilly but hes a Physics Prof at a prominent Seattle U. His Tshirt says "I'm a Beekeeper! What's your Superpower?"
Some random fans being excited about bees. We had a bumblebee nest too!
This is what they are looking at!
Another great pic of Rob. We're hazing him about having Epipens, but he wanted to be safe in case some kid knocked the hive over or something. We were wildly speculating about how fast that'd make the local rag we call a paper around here. Notice I'm hanging out in a chair in the shade after working all day and missing the fun of setting up. I'm just talking to kids and relaxing.
Funny note I got those table cloths for Rob for free just to review them. The company loved my pics and reviews so much they sent us a dozen more free for events. We just have to keep posting pics of them. I'll probably send them some of these too.
And a bonus image! Here's half of the freshly stained deck. It needs more coats and the part by the door isn't done. Gillar does good work doesn't he?

I also wanted to explain something. I'm posting these pics because people asked for them. You guys for some reason love bee stuff and I like showing how much fun Beekeeping can be. I also like to do so because its kinda pictorial proof that I am busy and that I do participate, initiate, and get jiggy with all this stuff I talk about in my scrap. It's not make believe as some people say. I have had folks that make comments about my bullshit or the lies I tell in my scrap. I don't lie in general. It has to be a very special circumstance. People can go out and get diverse hobbies, remodel their homes, adopt horses, help kids, and do more than just sit at home and wonder where all the lazy ST's have gone.
Life happens to us - the doers - while some people sit around waiting for interesting things to happen. Be interesting and make interesting things happen instead.
