Amanita Basic Information Race: Mix-blood (Inarta/Myrian) Birthday & Age : 15 years old, Day 45 of Winter, Year 496 Gender: Female Languages Language 1: Common Language 2: Nari Language 3: Fratava Physical Description Secret : Black-red hair, depending on the lighting and season. Much like a tan her hair—not drastically—will change hue ever so slightly. Her eyes come from her mother, of that there is no doubt, a beautiful shade of molten gold it is a pity they are slightly fogged by her blindness. Pale skinned and daintily shaped she stands at 5’1, weighing 110 pounds and no bulging muscle to speak of, though her legs and arms are mildly tone from her music playing and her running. Her fingers are calloused from plucking strings and hard labour while her feet are surprising sensitive and she cannot walk without shoes outdoors and slippers in. Averaged faced she is not one to stand out, holding no striking features—save her eyes(which you can never see thanks to her blindfold)—and no vivacious body, though she is, obviously, woman. Character Concept In some cases a mix-blood can get the best of both worlds, in other’s it seems they almost cancel each other out, Amanita falls in-between these too. While she is completely savage like her Myrian ancestors she is neither blunt nor outspoken as her Inarta heritage demands. No, her speaking patterns fall under quiet and slightly ‘standoff-ish’, the only emotion she will truly show is fear and anger. And while she enjoys company being around talkative people often will physically drain her or make her severely ill. So needless to say she is not fond of people who feel the urge to fill in every bout of silence with needless chatter. Short and to the point she is a driven person with simple goals, to never be a slave again, to make a living off of music and find a place she can settle. Though her ideas of life are meagre she is content with her dreams and truly does not wise for adventure or anything more. But luck is usually not on her side and she tends to attract problems like a walking hazard sign. Her voice—belaying her size—is deep and smooth, not sensual by any means, though it is not unpleasant to hear. Enjoying high places does not make her a risk taker, far from it, cautious and never one to give into impulse she often lets opportunities pass her by while she attempts to work out each angle. Not easily riled you must do something to truly make her angry in order for her to attack you, though when angered there is no stopping her, she will sate it or die trying. She has few fears save for be attracted to another person, dying and a unique fear of water, even the notion of being in water can cause her to faint—her bathing times are quite an comedic sight. And while she doesn't always enjoy how she came into the world she is proud of both bloods running in her veins.   Morals Raised in salvery she has a slightly warped sense of right and wrong, boiling down to if you can stomach your actions than you are not wrong and vice versa. Not one for religion she does thank all God/dess(s) but does not worship any in particular, though she has a healthy respect and fear of all of them. Almost having a Que Sera, Sera mindsight for ethics she believes that if it has already happened there is no point in mopping and if it has not happened do what you feel you must. She is hopeless optimistic, to the point where you want to slap her with reality, but nothing has been able to change her view so far.   Gnosis None Character History Pre-Creation Inarta and Myrian. Not a pleasant combination and she started off her life with troubles before she was even conceived. Her parents raw hate for each was not surprising what with the bloody history involving their families. And yet hate often walks a fine line between lust and love and when that line is crossed or blurred—well, every action has a reaction and that reaction was Amanita. Their love though, was short lived and last only till she was two, most of which she does not remember. She only remembers the one instance, the last thing she ever seen. Angry at each other—again—her parents raged and finally, inevitably really, they fought and when people fight one must lose. Her mother lost and as she lay dying her father did nothing; he was finished with the life he already hated. Her mother, with what life she had left stabbed him in the eye, effectively blinding him in one eye. Thereafter she soon passed, still cursing him. Pitying the child he sired her father attempted to take her to his home but the child disappeared and he never was able to find her. During their passage across the Suvan Sea the young child had kidnapped by a slave driver. Sold off between many different ‘owners’ she learnt many different things but always held a passion for music. It was sometime in her slavery years that she was nearly completed blinded by an Alchemist experiment gone wrong. Already born color blond it left her sight to a dimished to nearly nothing, she was only able to see different shapped gray blurry blobs. But as most slaves attempt she wishes to leave, not that she has been roughly treated by her new keeper but simply because she tires of being caged. During her escape she met a man who was able to help her use what was left of her sight and use her ears to take aim with her weapon, a strange weapon indeed for a sightless person. But, unfortunately it was the only weapon her previous and last 'owner' had.
