Vez gawked in awe as he witnessed Tara’s transformation. He had never actually seen one before. As she trotted away in her silver feline form, he could not help but smile. Tonight had been an interesting one indeed. Still smiling, Vez turned back inside the tavern to grab his green woolen cloak that he had hung on a wooden peg earlier. Donning it, he exited the tavern, pulling the door shut behind him. Luckily it was not much of a walk back to his apartment; he resided in the maiden district. He began to walk back home at a slow pace, every now and again with a stutter in his step.
