Greetings Rivarians!

I wanted to say hello to the new people! Welcome. And I also wanted to let you know I'm working godawful shifts at work for six days a week and have been for the last week and will be on into next week. I like to send out personalized PMS asking folks if they need anything and I simply don't have the time to this week.

I do know I owe posts all over RF and I will try to make some on Sundays but no guarantee since its my one day off and I have a lot of other stuff to take care of as well. I'm keeping up on PMs and HD tickets so the two new Stormwardens should be all set up. I'll have Zulrav's tower up soon as well for you folks.

We have a new location: Moonstone Bath and Massage Center.

I also plan on finishing the calendar and posting up some open threads including one where a few byblows of the Djed Storm are tackled, one right outside the city, one in the city, a cleanup thread, and a quest thread as well. I need to post for my other quests threads as well. Don't be surprised to see more locations too because I can do those friend and brain dead. Just watch spelling.

I have to work today, but I will see to it that I post a few threads tomorrow or late tonight (probably tomorrow) so that new people can join and get to know one another. The best way to jumpstart your RP in Riverfall is to post an open thread as well, even if you are just going for a walk, and invite others to come along with you in this thread. The more folks you get to know the boarder your roleplaying experience will be.

Lilith I haven't forgotten you either.

Hi Folks!

The Riverfall staff is going to be posting some 'mingler' events for some of you new people to get to know each other. Locations will be posted in conjunction to these events. I'll try and have the Calendar done today too with threads involving the calendar events fully posted up. Keep track of this thread because I'll be posting them as they go up and letting you know here.

The first festival is the Kite Festival sponsored by a new location Windsinger Kites. The Kite Festival offers food, drink, dancing, music and sandcastle building. They'll be great prizes for building kites, painting kites, flying them and creating sandcastles. And when I say 'great' I do mean really good ones!

I hope you guys enjoy.

Hello

Laeli will be back and forth between Riverfall and Endrykas, which is "close by" (not sure the exact distance) from Spring 21 to - ? (sometime later in the season when Endrykas moves on.) I'm up for writing with anyone. Send me a PM if you are interested.

Welcome new folks!

I just wanted to let you guys know that if you want to RP in the backdrop of a festival... say sneak off with a PC to dance the night away or say pick pocket another one while working the crowd there, then feel free to post spin off threads with this in the title [The Kite Festival] (title here) and go for it. If I bring my own PC, I'll have to do it in a separate thread too and keep out of the main contests which I will be judging. You guys get heavily involved in a social situation where you are having a debate about the world feel free to spin off threads as well. It keeps the main festival threads uncluttered and allows everyone to attend.

We've got several more things planned for this season as well. Indigo will be posting one up that's a costume party at the Wine House... just for a teaser.. and I'll definitely do a late Spring Water Park Event. I'm thinking Nevar throws one hell of a party for his birthday.
