Home of the Konti people, this ivory city is built of native konti stone half in and half out of the sea. Its borders touch the Silverwood, and stretch upwards towards Silver Lake, home of the infamous konti vision water. [Lore]

33 Day of Autumn

Taithrosa walked out in the early morning with a book in his hand, it was a simple thin book, but it showed a number of technqiues for unarmed fighting. He had borrowed it from the library, which while not heavy supplier in that type of book had a bit of everything.

He found a spot along the beach that looked like it would be a good place. He set down the book, and stripped off his shirt. He then stripped off his pants so that he was only standing in his loin cloth. He then began to stetch. As he sat down on the warm sand and spread his legs out and began to stretch.

He layed forward stretching out the muscles in his legs. Then he pulled back to a sitting position and contiuned to work on his stretchs before he started working out on the stances.
Do you think that you could ever, Through all eternity,
Find out the generation Where Gods began to be?
Or see the grand beginning, Where space did not extend?
Or view the last creation, Where Gods and matter end?
Me thinks the Spirit whispers, “No man has found ‘pure space,’
Nor seen the outside curtains, Where nothing has a place.”

Body and Soul (Solo)

Taithrosa sat with the sand around his body feeling the gentle touch of the crystalian rock. He focused first on the muscles in his legs. He remembered that from his previous life that one wanted the muscles to be limber and ready for praticing. He stretched his left leg out and then his right leg spreading them wide, not so that they were doing the split, but enough that he was stretching the muscles in his legs. Starting on the right side he extended his arm. He pulled his body forward with the movement and held it for a moment to allow the muscles to stretch.

After a moment of holding that position he with drew his arm slowlly back until he was once again sitting up. He then moved down the left leg, taking the same care to move slowlly so that he didn't pull anything but so that he forces his muscles to begin to lossen up. Taithrosa was naturally flexible but he wanted to stay flexiable. He soon had his arm and hand stretched to its max and felt that tingling of the muscles that said the flexing was working. He then slowlly withdrew from that position and stretched forward until he could feel the ligamints stretching in his body.

The Akalak looking son of Leth laid on his back, the saphire skin of his back feeling the sand beneath it as he bent his leg at the knee and stretched switching between legs until he fel that his legs were stretched. He sat back up and then stood up to contiune his stretches. He made sure he covered all of the cirital areas including his calfs, thighs, and moving upwards to include his arms and and shoulders.

He paused after the stretching and swipped some of the sand off of his body. The silver eyes looked at the water for a moment and then began to run along the beach.

Taithrosa ran along the beach his body moving in a flowing grace. He lifted his legs up the muscles moving gracefully as he contiuned to move along the beach. The long stride of his body allowed him to move quickly down the beach, but he wasn't going for spead but a steady pace as he ran.

While he had been in the heavens such things as exercises weren't necissary but here on Mizahar that was critical again. He knew the importance of maintaining his body for his heal he was a healer after all.

He breathed in and out slowlly to allow his body not to exert itself as he moved through the beach. His skin had little droplets of sweet behing to come to his flesh. His muscles warmed seemed to humm as he moved along.

His feet were bear and could feel the sand beneath his feet. The sand gave way under his steps as his heavy weight settled on it. He would have to adjust his weight as he contiuned to run along the beach.

Body and Soul (Solo)

The blue skinned man continued to run down the beach his body moving gracefully, and Taithrosa found that the routine was relaxing. It worked his muscles and strengthened his body, but allowed his mind to think. He could remember doing similar work outs while in his previous life. He let the memory float around in his head practicing a minor form of mediation to remember. There wasn’t any clear memory of one particular event but a collage of memories bringing up the routine for strengthen the body and practicing unarmed combat skills.

The routine flowed through him, it had been part of the akalak health code as much as anything. The believe that physical strength lead to good health was deeply ingrained into the Akalak mindset. And that was coming through to the displaced soul.

He felt the smooth gait of his body slow as he returned to wear he had started and slow to a walk and eventually a stop. He took a wide stance giving himself a good base to practice. He started with the routines warm up. Dropping to the sand on his chest he began to raise his body with just his arms strengthening the upper arms. As he did so the collage continued as if he heard someone counting in is mind. The voice changed but there words were the same as he continued to work.

He contiuned to listen to the voices of master past as he exericised. He could feel the mucles in his arms and upper chest working as he did the push ups. His large hands pressing into the sand the slight unstableness of the sand causing him to have to adjust ever so slightly as he contiuned to work out his body.

He contiuned for a while feeling his body lossen up. He settled on the sand and paused to catch his breath for just a moment. Placing his legs under him he pushed himself up and dusted some of the sand off. The memories of past masters contiuned to speak in him memory and he positioned himself. He could remember being taught the stances to take for pratice for unarmed fighting.

He held himself in that position moving his body and arms to confirm his balance and to bring thoughts memories back to himself. His body glowed in the night as he practiced. His eyes were closed as he followed in routine that had been ancient when he had praticed them in a previous light.
