Blaze glanced at Almech when he spoke, 'No reason.' She replied with a frown. She stilled herself and went to lean against a nearby wall when Roy turned to go. Blaze sighed as she let him go and said, 'Goodbye Roy.' She made no move to follow him and stood grounded where she was. She pricked up her ears slightly and took in the sounds from around her before returning her concentration back to the other Almech and Kiou. Blaze rested her head gently across the wall behind her and she slid to the ground in a crouch. She pulled her horse charm out of her pocket and fiddled with it beneath her cloak. Timid? If she was timid she wouldn't have ever ventured out of home to reach Alvadas and even if she had, she would have been dead by now. She rolled her eyes, some people just made the wrong assumptions. Just because she was cautious didn't mean she was timid. Blaze sighed and continued to trace the outline of the little sculpture she was holding. It made her think of her father and she wondered if he was still alive and well. Just because she didn't like him didn't mean she wanted him to suffer. The silence around the group was quite tense to Blaze so she contented herself with thinking about other matters. Almech's words brought her back to the present, she listened to his words. She glanced around before turning to look at Kiou. She wondered how he would react, she was also curious to see what his answer would be. Where did he come from? |
