Ronan of the Windsong Pavilion Character Goals: ✺ Help Sama'el succeed in his quest, and witness the rebirth of the Sunsinger Pavilion. ✺ Attain a Dreamwalking Gnosis from Nysel, and join the Cytali. ✺ Learn Earth Reimancy through Sama'el. ✺ Attain Semele's Gnosis, and become a Gem Crafter, providing a constant income. ✺ Decide how to approach the Kavala situation. ✺ Become a stronger person - does Ronan have what it takes to become an Ankal? Character Traits: ✺ Kind-hearted (Ronan is a good person at heart. He can be soft and sweet, even when the situation doesn't call for such a personality.) ✺ Conflicted (Though the past is now behind him, Ronan will always be a troubled soul.) ✺ Loving (When he is allowed to love, Ronan can be passionate, protective, and nurturing.) ✺ Striving (He is always searching, and willing to learn more.) ✺ Lost (There are too many uncertainties and questions in Ronan's life.) ✺ Hopeless (He seems destined to make bad decisions. And when he doesn't turn away, he only causes more problems.) ✺ Naive (Ronan would like to think things can work out, even when they are virtually impossible.) ✺ Starstruck (People amaze Ronan. He can quickly learn to love and trust someone.) ✺ Nomadic (Forever journeying - will Ronan make a "home" for himself?)

Love Ronan has the capacity to love - if he was only given half a chance. Ronan's romantic history has not put him in good stead for the present. First there was Siyana - the only girl he ever invested his entire heart to. And she repaid him by cheating on him and falling pregnant by another Drykas. Having closed himself off for several years, he did not feel for a woman again until he met Khiara. But she did not reciprocate those feelings - and she was taken, by Vanator Denusk. Ronan had failed to control his passionate side, and he would not feel such a way again until he met Kavala... Kavala. Ronan has not known her for long, but now she seems to fill his heart and mind. He can see the wild heart and fierce, burning spirit beneath the Akalak contract that perhaps others don't. Captivated by her Konti beauty, he sees beneath the skin too - he sees the Drykas of the grasses beneath. She fascinates him, intrigues him, and he feels like he could love her for the rest of his life. But her contract creates its own problems - and their future is uncertain. Ronan does not want to love partially. He needs someone he can love completely and purely, and feel safe doing so. He wants to care, nurture, and provide security. Ultimately, he wants to lead, but he is not strong enough yet. Flings and dalliances are not an option for Ronan. He wants to be assured of a future in love.

Profession When Ronan returns to Cyphrus, and especially if Semele decides to mark him as her own, it will be high time for Ronan to start earning some money. This will be through Jewelcrafting. Ideally, I'd like Ronan to set up his own business. This will give him some form of confidence for future, and leadership. He can do things on his own, and not rely on clinging to others. Perhaps this would end up in Riverfall? I think he should have a little workshop called Gemheart, and from there, the business can grow. I think Ronan would favour the crafting side rather than the business side - but he could sell on the finished gems to merchants. I'll add more details here as dreams become reality...
