Sela
Name: Sela, formerly known as Tallend Obyre
Gender: Changing; currently female
Race: Nuit
Age: Unknown; somewhere around 550 years old
Language: Common [Fluent], Nader-canoch [Basic]
Physical Description: In her current incarnation, Sela stands about 5'4'', not exacty the tallest person around. Her skin is nicely tanned as is befitting a former inhabitant of Taldera. Tresses, curly and flowing, fall to the middle of her back. They are the color of dark chocolate, with several shades of lighter milk chocolate finding their ways onto the edges.
Even though the body was studiously well-kept, Sela's Nuit nature can be discerned. She is always cold to the touch, no matter what the weather is. Dark bags have long since formed under her shapely dark brown eyes, though Sela tries to pass that of as nothing more than insomnia. The most evident clue is her black tongue - though Sela makes a habit to not stick it out as much as she can.
Character Concept: Sardonic, cynical, and seemingly wearied beyond belief, Sela carries with her the soul of a much older person. This has been said to her several times, and it never fails to amuse her, because that sentence is more closer to her true nature than the speaker would ever know. She has seen the span and breadth of the world and didn't like it. While she could hardly be considered wise, she is worldly, and possesses with her the nature of a aspiring dreamer who left to change the world only to get her dreams crushed.
Thoroughly mistrusting, Sela doesn't allow anyone to get close to her in the emotional sense. She knows all about the art of the honeyed word, but she doesn't ever actually open up to someone. She holds her secrets close to her chest with a fierce protectiveness, never allowing even the smallest to be seen or touched. Other people, as far she's concerned, can mind their own business.
